Description & Fitment
This 4-piece TeraFlex Nebo Cargo Slat Kit fits the Nebo main rails on a 2-door 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK with the factory hardtop. The slats give you a flat base to strap gear to, and sport equipment carriers can bolt directly to them, so no load bar is needed. You need the 2-door Nebo Main Rail Kit (4722020 black or 4722030 silver), sold separately. TeraFlex's instructions rate the rack at 850 lb static and 200 lb dynamic, evenly distributed.

Installation
Here's the short version. Follow TeraFlex's install sheet (below) for your Jeep's exact steps and torque values.
- Start with the Nebo main rails already installed on the Jeep.
- Loosely fit two M6 flat screws and two M6 T-nuts on each slat mounting bracket.
- Press a bracket onto one end of each slat, slide two T-nuts into each outer track, then press a bracket onto the other end.
- Remove both rear rail end caps: from under the hardtop take out the M6 shoulder screws and 1/4" washers, then from the top the M6 flat head screws.
- Slide each slat into the main rails with the T-nut in the upper slot and the bracket tabs in the lower slot, set the slats square to the rails, add a T-nut and M6 flat cap screw at every lower hole and tighten all of them to 105 in-lbs [12 N-m].
- Refit each rear cap: screw goes in the cap's top hole with the T-nut loosely on, slide the T-nut into the rail's upper slot until the cap seats over the foot, press it down and refit the shoulder screw and washer.

TeraFlex's warranty list covers its racks, the Nebo cargo slat kits included for life against defects in materials and workmanship.- TeraFlex extends its limited warranty only to the consumer who first bought the product, and only on the vehicle the part was first installed on. It does not pass to a later owner.
- Coverage starts on the purchase date and does not restart if a part is repaired or replaced.
- For a covered defect, TeraFlex will either repair or replace the product (or the faulty part) free of charge or refund the purchase price, at its discretion, and it pays the freight to send a repaired or replacement part back to you.
- Not covered: damage from transportation, storage, improper use, skipped instructions or preventive maintenance, modifications, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, product finish, improper installation or maintenance, racing or competition, or accidents, abuse and neglect. Improper installation, poor maintenance, racing or competition use, and neglect or abuse void the warranty.
- Paint and powder coat finishes carry 90 days of defect coverage only, not wear from use.
- Claims: contact us first. Keep your proof of purchase or original invoice; removing the part from the vehicle and the inbound shipping are the owner's responsibility.
