Description & Fitment
The TeraFlex Nebo Raised Rail Kit turns the Nebo roof rack on a 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited 4-door hardtop into a basket for bags, cases and bulky or dirty cargo, and keeps loads from shifting. It stands 4-1/8" above the main rails, for a total of 7" above the crown of the hardtop, so TeraFlex says you keep clearance for home and parking garages. Outside it measures 48" x 43" x 3" deep; inside 44-3/8" x 41". It requires the 4-door Nebo Main Rail Kit and takes about an hour.

What do I need first?
The JK 4-door Nebo Roof Rack Main Rail Kit, 4722000 (silver) or 4722010 (black). It is not included.
Will it clear my garage?
TeraFlex designs it to sit 7" above the hardtop crown, enough to keep roof clearance in home and public parking garages. Measure your own garage and load height to be sure.
Does it fit 2-door or soft-top JKs?
No. TeraFlex lists JK Wrangler Unlimited 4-door hardtop models only and says it does not fit soft tops.

Installation
- 4mm Allen tool
- Small flat head screwdriver
Here's the short version. Follow TeraFlex's install sheet (below) for your Jeep's exact steps and torque values.
- Slide a corner onto each end of the two short rails on loose T-nuts, then fit the long rails to one short side and then the other, snugging the bolts so the rails can't slide out.
- Fit the Allen bolts and T-nuts loosely in all 16 corner bracket holes, lay the frame upside down on a flat surface, loosen bolts as needed until every corner sits flat, then torque them to 105 in-lbs.
- While it is still upside down, roll the T-nuts into the underside of the long rails and loosely bolt the raised rail mounts on, spacing them evenly from each side; torque to 105 in-lbs.
- Set the raised rail on the Nebo rack and roughly center it over the rack.
- At each mount, roll a T-nut into the Nebo rack's top rail, slide it under the mount with a small screwdriver and thread an Allen bolt through the mount into it; repeat for all eight holes.
- Center the raised rail over the Nebo rack and torque all the mount bolts to 105 in-lbs.

TeraFlex's warranty list covers its racks, the Nebo raised rail kits included for life against defects in materials and workmanship.- TeraFlex extends its limited warranty only to the consumer who first bought the product, and only on the vehicle the part was first installed on. It does not pass to a later owner.
- Coverage starts on the purchase date and does not restart if a part is repaired or replaced.
- For a covered defect, TeraFlex will either repair or replace the product (or the faulty part) free of charge or refund the purchase price, at its discretion, and it pays the freight to send a repaired or replacement part back to you.
- Not covered: damage from transportation, storage, improper use, skipped instructions or preventive maintenance, modifications, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, product finish, improper installation or maintenance, racing or competition, or accidents, abuse and neglect. Improper installation, poor maintenance, racing or competition use, and neglect or abuse void the warranty.
- Paint and powder coat finishes carry 90 days of defect coverage only, not wear from use.
- Claims: contact us first. Keep your proof of purchase or original invoice; removing the part from the vehicle and the inbound shipping are the owner's responsibility.
