The TeraFlex SpeedBump Bump Stop Strike Pad Kit, Rear Upper, gives the rear SpeedBump on a 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK the strike surface it needs to set the final bump stop length. TeraFlex designs its strike pads to work with its SpeedBump system so the stops engage before the suspension, shocks or fenders take damage. Setting the final length tunes where the rear suspension meets its stop. The kit bolts on and takes about 1 hour to install.

Installation
Here's the short version. Follow TeraFlex's install sheet (below) for your Jeep's exact steps and torque values.
- Upper: raise and support the vehicle at the factory service manual lift points, remove the wheels, support the axle, unbolt the shocks from the axle (13mm) and free the ABS lines at the frame if equipped.
- Work the factory bump stop back and forth, twisting and pulling it sideways out of its frame cup.
- Grease the bump stop and the extension (or just the strike pad), line up the bump stop, extension and frame cup, put a block between the frame and the axle bump pad, and jack the axle up until they seat.
- Lower pads: with the vehicle parked level and the parking brake set (this can be done on the ground), set the extension on the factory pad with its shelf toward the front.
- Fit the supplied bolts with washers through the two holes and torque them to 25 ft-lbs.

TeraFlex covers its bump stops for life against defects in materials and workmanship.- TeraFlex extends its limited warranty only to the consumer who first bought the product, and only on the vehicle the part was first installed on. It does not pass to a later owner.
- Coverage starts on the purchase date and does not restart if a part is repaired or replaced.
- For a covered defect, TeraFlex will either repair or replace the product (or the faulty part) free of charge or refund the purchase price, at its discretion, and it pays the freight to send a repaired or replacement part back to you.
- Not covered: damage from transportation, storage, improper use, skipped instructions or preventive maintenance, modifications, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, product finish, improper installation or maintenance, racing or competition, or accidents, abuse and neglect. Improper installation, poor maintenance, racing or competition use, and neglect or abuse void the warranty.
- Paint and powder coat finishes carry 90 days of defect coverage only, not wear from use.
- Claims: contact us first. Keep your proof of purchase or original invoice; removing the part from the vehicle and the inbound shipping are the owner's responsibility.
