- 1-5/8" steel tube: 0.157" wall (42 mm x 4 mm) on both positions.

Description & Fitment
This TeraFlex Sport Control Arm listing covers the upper links of a 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK or JK Unlimited with a 2.5"-3" lift. Pick the Front Upper kit (1252200) or the Rear Upper kit (1252300). The arms are fixed length and maintenance-free, bolt to the factory mounts, and ride on factory-style rubber bushings. The rear upper is set a little longer than stock to help correct pinion angle and anti-squat after the lift.

About TeraFlex
TeraFlex describes itself as a Jeep company at heart, started and staffed by people who drive them. It designs, engineers and builds suspension systems, shocks, axles and performance parts, with the Wrangler and Gladiator at the center of the range.
The company traces its roots to the 1950s and MEPCO (Military Equipment Parts Company), an early supplier of Jeep parts. TeraFlex Manufacturing followed in 1996 to build heavy-duty suspension for the TJ Wrangler, and today's catalog runs from full lift systems and the Falcon shock line to axles, steering and armor.
Authorized TeraFlex dealer. Prestige Truck is an authorized TeraFlex dealer, so what we sell is new and genuine TeraFlex. In TeraFlex's words, its limited warranty extends "only to the consumer who originally purchased the product," so keep your receipt with your build records.

Installation
Here's the short version. Follow TeraFlex's install sheet (below) for your Jeep's exact steps and torque values.
- Loosen the rear upper and lower control arm bolts and both rear track bar bolts.
- One side at a time, remove the factory rear upper arm and fit the TeraFlex arm with the factory hardware left loose; because the length differs from stock, support the rear pinion and set its height (or fit both arms together) so the holes line up.
- Loosen the front upper and lower control arm bolts and both front track bar bolts.
- One side at a time, swap the factory front lower arm for the TeraFlex arm with the factory hardware left loose, supporting the front pinion to line up the holes if needed.
- With the Jeep at ride height, torque the front and rear track bar bolts to 125 ft-lbs, the front lower arm bolts to 117 ft-lbs at the axle and 125 ft-lbs at the frame, and the front upper arm bolts to 75 ft-lbs at both ends.
- Torque the rear upper and lower control arm bolts to 125 ft-lbs at both ends, then recheck all fasteners after the first 100 miles and every 3,000 miles (p4).
