Description & Fitment
This black TeraFlex side panel kit closes in the sides of the Wasatch Rear Cargo Rack on a 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited 4-door hardtop, turning it into an enclosed basket so smaller items cannot fall out. The panels are finished in a black powder coat that TeraFlex says resists abrasion. It must be used with the Wasatch Rear Cargo Rack (4820020 black rails or 4820000 silver rails), which is not included.

Installation
Here's the short version. Follow TeraFlex's install sheet (below) for your Jeep's exact steps and torque values.
- Park on level ground with the parking brake set; if the rack is already on the Jeep, remove it and its mounting brackets first.
- Lay the panels out in their positions (short and long panels are not side specific; the notch in the short panels faces the bottom of the rack) and note where the slotted holes are.
- Remove the rubber peg from each roll-in T-nut and roll one into the top and bottom aluminum rails for every slot.
- Thread the 24 button head bolts loosely into the T-nuts, using the supplied thread locker on all fasteners.
- Lift the panels in between the rails with the bolts in the slotted holes, then torque all 24 bolts to 5 ft-lbs (7 Nm) and carry on with step 14 of the rack assembly instructions.

TeraFlex's warranty list names no term for Wasatch side panels, so contact us before ordering and we will confirm the coverage.- TeraFlex extends its limited warranty only to the consumer who first bought the product, and only on the vehicle the part was first installed on. It does not pass to a later owner.
- Coverage starts on the purchase date and does not restart if a part is repaired or replaced.
- For a covered defect, TeraFlex will either repair or replace the product (or the faulty part) free of charge or refund the purchase price, at its discretion, and it pays the freight to send a repaired or replacement part back to you.
- Not covered: damage from transportation, storage, improper use, skipped instructions or preventive maintenance, modifications, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, product finish, improper installation or maintenance, racing or competition, or accidents, abuse and neglect. Improper installation, poor maintenance, racing or competition use, and neglect or abuse void the warranty.
- Paint and powder coat finishes carry 90 days of defect coverage only, not wear from use.
- Claims: contact us first. Keep your proof of purchase or original invoice; removing the part from the vehicle and the inbound shipping are the owner's responsibility.
