Features
- Smooth Leather-Grain Vinyl Top: The top is industrial-grade, tear-resistant vinyl with a leather-grain finish. TruXedo describes it as UV-resistant and says it gives any truck a clean, finished look.
- Automatic Tension Control: A patented, self-adjusting spring tensioner at the front header works with floating hook-and-loop on both rails to keep the vinyl tight as it expands in heat and shrinks in cold. If it ever needs fine-tuning, TruXedo has you turn the spring plunger in small steps during the warmest part of the day.
- Simple Clamp-On Install: On most trucks the rails clamp inside the bed with ordinary hand tools and no drilling or cutting. TruXedo rates it a Level 1 install and puts it at under 1 hour; a few trucks use brackets in factory rails instead, and your truck's page says which.
- Industrial-Grade Rail Clamps: Industrial-grade clamps hold the side rails just inside the bed walls rather than on top of the bed rails, which keeps the closed cover only 3/4" above the rails. TruXedo says no other soft roll-up on the market sits lower than the Lo Pro.
- Rolls Up for Bed Access: Roll the cover toward the cab and fasten both retainer straps to open nearly the whole bed and drive that way. When you need every inch, the quick-release system lets you lift the cover off with no tools on most versions.
- One-Finger Trigger Release: An anodized trigger latch on the driver-side rail frees the cover with one finger. To close it, roll it back, set the rear header in its stops and press down until it clicks, then press the hook-and-loop into both rails.
Description & Fitment
The TruXedo Lo Pro is a soft roll-up tonneau cover for the 2023-2026 Chevrolet S10 Max, 2022-2027 Maxus T60 and 2022-2026 Maxus T90 with the 4'10" bed. It's for owners who want a low-profile look, with inside-mount rails that leave the closed cover just 3/4" above the bed rails. Patented automatic tension control and floating hook-and-loop keep the smooth leather-grain vinyl tight, and a one-finger trigger latch lets it roll to the cab or lift off with the tool-free quick release. It clamps on with industrial-grade rail clamps and no drilling, and TruXedo backs it with a limited lifetime warranty.

Check your bed: measure along the top of the bed rail, from the front wall of the bed to the inside of the closed tailgate. TruXedo lists this bed as 4'10"; we do not have a sourced inch figure for it, so measure your bed and contact us if you are unsure.
Not for: any year, model or bed length not listed in the fitment table; this is the only Lo Pro we carry for this truck.
About TruXedo
TruXedo makes roll-up and folding tonneau covers. The range spans soft vinyl and canvas roll-ups, a fold-up-front roll-up and hard roll-ups built on aluminum slats.
The Lo Pro is TruXedo's vinyl roll-up built around inside-the-bed rails, which is where its low closed profile comes from. TruXedo calls it the top-selling roll-up tonneau cover, and TruXedo makes it in more than 120 truck-specific versions.
Authorized TruXedo dealer. TruXedo states that a cover bought from an authorized dealer is eligible for the full manufacturer's warranty, and warns that covers bought through eBay or other unauthorized sellers may be used, defective or incomplete and may not be covered. Prestige Truck is an authorized TruXedo dealer, so your Lo Pro arrives new, genuine and with the full TruXedo warranty.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will this Lo Pro fit my 2023-2026 Chevrolet S10 Max?
Yes, if your truck has the 4'10" bed. To check, measure along the top of the bed rail, from the front wall of the bed to the inside of the closed tailgate. If you are unsure, send us your VIN and we will confirm.
How do I measure my bed?
With the tailgate closed, measure along the top of the bed rail, from the front wall of the bed to the inside of the closed tailgate. TruXedo lists this part for 4'10". A part for a different length will not seal at the ends.
How low does it actually sit?
Closed, the cover sits 3/4" above the bed rails, because the side rails mount inside the bed instead of on top. TruXedo says no other soft roll-up sits lower.
Will it keep rain and snow out of the bed?
It is built to: rubber seals close the bulkhead and tailgate ends and hook-and-loop seals both sides, so press the hook-and-loop home every time you close it. TruXedo says plainly that the cover is not airtight, so protect cargo that must stay dry. Some water can pool on top because the bows sit flat; it runs off once you drive. Brush snow and ice off with a broom, never a sharp tool, before you open it.
Can I drive with it rolled open?
Yes. Roll it all the way to the cab and fasten both retainer straps, and you can drive with the bed open. Never drive with it partly open; that is one of TruXedo's warranty conditions. On most versions you can also lift the whole cover off without tools using the quick-release system.
Do I have to drill anything?
Not on most trucks: the rails clamp or bolt to factory points. The exception is the GMC Sierra 1500 with the CarbonPro bed (574301), where TruXedo's supplement has you drill through the plastic bed caps, and the fit data also flags one 1999-2005 GM Stepside part (551101) as requiring drilling, which TruXedo's sheet doesn't show, so we confirm that one with TruXedo before you install. Each version's page says which applies.
Installation
- Flat-head screwdriver
- 1/2" wrench or socket
- Torque wrench for the 8 ft-lb (11 Nm) setting
- Isopropyl alcohol (spring clamps and scissors or a utility knife recommended)
Here's the short version. Follow TruXedo's Lo Pro International install sheet (below) for the drawings.
- Clean and seal the corners. Make sure every spot where the cover mounts is clean and free of debris. Wash the bulkhead face with soap and water, wipe it with isopropyl alcohol, let it dry, then press the two front corner seals into the front corners.
- Seal the rail ends and set the rails. Stick the end plug seals on the front of both side rails. Set the driver side rail (it carries the trigger latch) inside the bed rail and adjust its height so the side fin seal rests on the bed cap, lightly compressed, with the front edge 3/8" (9.5 mm) back from the bulkhead. Repeat on the passenger side.
- Clamp and level. Fit three clamps per rail, working out from the middle and leaving about 8" (203 mm) at each end. Finger-tighten so the clamp teeth sit in the rail grooves, set each rail level with the bed caps (move a clamp to change the tilt), then tighten every clamp with a 1/2" socket to 8 ft-lb (11 Nm).
- Fit the bulkhead and tailgate seals. Clean the top of the bulkhead, run the bulkhead seal from one edge to the other tight against the rail end plug seals and bed caps, and trim the excess. Add the remaining end plug seals to the rear of both rails to close the tailgate corner gaps.
- Attach the cover. Set the rolled cover on the rails at the cab end with the front header seal on top of the bulkhead, then slide the left and right header guides into the locked position until they click.
- Unroll, latch and check. Roll the cover to the tailgate, set the rear header in the header stops and rotate it down until it clicks, then press the hook-and-loop strips in along both sides. Re-check the clamps for tightness after your first week of driving and now and then after that; TruXedo makes this a warranty condition.

Warranty
TruXedo gives the Lo Pro a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.- Hard parts (rails, clamps, bows and the other included hardware) and the fabric each carry the limited lifetime warranty.
- A defective cover, tarp or hardware part is repaired or replaced, at TruXedo's option; TruXedo may substitute a newer model of similar form and function.
- Covers the first buyer only and does not transfer to a later owner. Keep your dated receipt as proof of purchase, and contact us for help registering your cover.
- To keep it valid: wash it only with mild car soap and water, with no silicone or petroleum conditioners; secure the cover at all points when driving, either fully closed and latched or fully rolled up with both retainer straps, never partly open; keep cargo from pressing on the tarp; re-check the rail clamps after the first week and now and then after that; don't roll it into the rear window or stow it against the cab, and re-roll it now and then if it stays open a long time; clear snow and ice before opening; take it off before the truck is towed from the rear.
- Claims need a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from TruXedo before anything is sent back; contact us and we'll start the claim. You pay shipping for a repair or replacement; there is no other charge.
- Not covered: accident damage, neglect, unforeseeable use, improper installation or servicing, used, repaired or altered products, misuse, ordinary wear and tear, or a cover fitted with non-genuine TruXedo parts.
