Warn's winch mounting plate, part 101255, fits the 2020-2026 Jeep Gladiator / 2018-2026 Jeep Wrangler with the factory steel winch-ready bumper. It carries approved winches up to 12,000 lb, including the VR12, VR10, ZEON XD, XD9, M8 and VR8, but not ZEON XC or 14,000 lb winches. Warn engineers and certifies the plate to withstand 12,000 lb pulls, and it positions the winch to improve airflow with zero interference with the Jeep grille. The plate is 1/4" steel in black powder coat and bolts in with the included hardware, with no cutting, grinding or drilling.
