ANZO Crystal Headlights give the GMT400 Chevy and GMC trucks a clear, clean front end. They fit the 1988-1998 C/K 1500 and 2500, 1988-2000 C/K 3500, 1992-1999 Suburban and Yukon, 1992-1994 full-size Blazer and 1995-1999 Tahoe. ANZO offers four styles: Chrome (111004), Chrome low-brow (111300), Black with LED low-brow (111299) and Chrome with a smoke lens (111061).

Open the box when it arrives and check the headlight housings, lenses, any parking or corner lights and the mounting tabs for cracks, scratches or shipping damage before you install anything. If a driver asks you to sign, note any damage on the delivery receipt, then contact us. Check it as soon as it arrives.- Look for crushed ends, punctures or tears in the carton.
- If something looks wrong, take photos of the box and the parts (and if a driver asks you to sign, note the damage on the receipt).
- Open the box and check the parts against the parts list before you install.
