ANZO Crystal Headlights with an LED accent fit the second-generation Dodge Ram: 1994-2001 Ram 1500, 1994-2002 Ram 2500 and 3500, and the 1994-1998 Ram Sport model. ANZO builds them as a 1pc unit, with the headlight and corner in one housing. Choose chrome (111206) or black (111205), both with the LED accent strip.

If a driver asks you to sign, note any damage on the delivery receipt, then contact us. Check it as soon as it arrives.- Look for crushed ends, punctures or tears in the carton.
- If something looks wrong, take photos of the box and the parts (and if a driver asks you to sign, note the damage on the receipt).
- Open the box and check the parts against the parts list before you install.
