The Sport Bar 2.0 stands over the truck bed with tubular styling and removable mesh side plates. It is made to work alongside most rolling and snap-on tonneau covers and some folding covers.
Lights up or tucked away
The integrated mount holds lights above the roofline. Choose the power-actuated retractable mount and the lights drop into the bar's light box with one button press.
Polished or textured black

Will it work with my tonneau cover?
The Sport Bar 2.0 works alongside most rolling and snap-on tonneau covers and some folding covers. Check your cover's design before ordering.
Are lights included?
No. Neither the fixed light mount nor the retractable light mount includes lights.
What does the retractable light mount do?
It lowers the lights into the bar's integrated light box with one button press from the cab. On some trucks it blocks the third brake light when retracted, and some versions block the bed view camera; the fit notes say which.
Do I need to drill?
Yes. Go Rhino notes that installation requires drilling. The guide for your part number shows where.
Does it fit trucks with RamBox?
Not for Ram trucks with the RamBox cargo management system; the fit notes list the excluded years.
What warranty does the Sport Bar 2.0 carry?
Go Rhino covers polished stainless finishes for the lifetime of the product and black finishes for 5 years against defects in material and workmanship. Claims need the original invoice and photos, and installation and shipping costs are not covered.

Amazing Sports Bar
Easy install if you have the right tools and are handy! Definitely had to go to Lowe’s to grab some longer screws but other than that, it looks good and is sturdy.

Great look
It took me and my son 6 hours to put together and install. The compressed rivets don’t work and I wouldn’t trust them if they did. Purchased 2” long bolts. On the Ram Rebel, it’s not that easy to install because the bed has an inner layer and you have to drill into so you can tighten the blots. All in all well worth it. Changed the whole look of the truck, love it.

Difficult Installation
I decided to have this professionally installed. It took the "pros" 4 hours and at certain points 4 men struggling to get this to fit my 2019 F150 correctly. The product states it works with most tonneau covers, however the owner of the shop that installed it said my options are extremely limited due to the sport bar taking up basically the entire bed rail. There's a chance that I might not even to be able to install a cover. As far as looks go, I do love it and even though I've only had it on 5 days now, it gets plenty of looks on the road. I can also say it seems well made and heavy duty. It certainly isn't light...box either just shy of 100lbs.

Rhino Roll Bar
Man Oh Man what an install!!!!! This needs a video attached! I am Ford man through and through but they do not make it easy with the side of the bed design. The rivets in this kit are a waist of time. I bolted mine down but had to drill through the inner wall of the bed to get the two washers and nut on the bolts for the mounting brackets. Made me about sick having to drill into it. Don't know if this would help anyone but I taped the nut and two washers together then taped them to the end of a flat head screw driver. I then fed them through the hole I drilled and pushed them up to the bolt and began tightening them. Kept me from dropping them as well a kept me from having to drill out a larger whole. Make sure you place the mounting bracket on the outside of the bed rail not the inside. I know they look angled but the top of the bed rail is wider at the front then tappers more narrow…

2nd truck I installed this sports bar on.
Use the metal base plate and mark the holes for drilling on your truck bed with a marker or something. I think I recall the instructions telling you to use the rubber gasket piece to mark out where to drill, but if you do that it'll just shift and move on you.

Chase Rack / patriot stealth xt tonneau cover
Love it. I had the cover on then i got the rack. ATO in Parkville MD did a awesome job installing it, Looks great with all my mod. Lights will come later. If you like it, Stop looking and just get it. PS and my led bed lights still work (under the rail on both sides) install took ATO 4:30

Defects
I will say GoRhino is responsive and reputable but truth is I received a damaged part of the box. GoRhino did replace it but after long backa nd forth. Now, only a couple months after installation the actuator failed. I did receive a new actuator but not a good feeling all around. Again GoRhino has been responsive and sent replacements but......

2021 Tacoma access cab with Sport Bar 2.0
instruction came in languages that I couldn't understand ...lol had to look it up on YouTube, the one bolt that was intended for nuts installation stripped after one nut was installed, I decided to remove wheel well covers and took the harder route by using regular nuts, split washers and flat washers, fun project but not for inexpirienced weekend warriors.

Love the look of this bar on my F-150. Installing was challenging by myself and highly recommend investing in a rivet nut tool as the bolt tool that came with the unit didn't function very well.

Sport Bar with Additional Options Available
Has an excellent fit and gives the truck a new look. Follow the instructions about not tightening the bolts or you WILL have issue getting things to line up. Relly great thing is you can always add the power light bar later if you choose to do so.

Good product
So look, if you are familiar with vehicle modification you know that a lot of the time things just aren’t as simple as they seem. Well this is one of those products. Assembly is straightforward but can be challenging for one person alone. I also went ahead and drilled a few more bed mounting points and purchased stronger bolts, washers and nuts for a more secure fit. All in all I really like the way the sports bar came out and would recommend it for sure. Just know that some modifying may be necessary if your the kind of person that wants things a certain way.

Looks great but quality is lacking
Assembly is fairly simple. I recommend a tap and die set handy. Had to clean 3 of the fittings with a ? tap. I had a buddy help and we're both pretty mechanically inclined but it took about 3 hours and a different method of anchoring then what came with the kit to install it. Also needed to replace the factory plastic bed caps since there was factory holes where I had four of the six holes lined up. So take off your bedside covers and check for proper placement of the mounting holes.

It took some adjustments to align properly but pretty simple overall. Great look and very useful addition with the actuating light bar. I get a ton of complements on it.

Putting the bar together was fairly easy even though none of the instructions were in English. It would also of been a benefit to have better info to prepare for running wires before mounting Roll Bar. Had to remove Bar due to holes for wires not lined up, mostly my fault. Very happy with finished product.

Solid design
The Rhino 2.0 Roll Bar is a solid roll bar. It fits well on my 2026 F150 Tremor. The look is amazing. I was able to install a 42” light bar to the top. On the negative side…the directions are not the best. If you have bed rail covers, I recommend removing them prior to drilling any holes to anchor the rack. My bed rails came with cutouts from the factory. You want to make sure that your riv nuts have a solid hole to anchor into. After you pick your 3 anchor points per side and mark them, you can easily transfer them to the bed rail covers and drill your holes. You will need a slightly larger hole in your bed rail cover to properly secure the riv nuts but don’t worry. Everything will be covered up by the roll bar support brackets. Also, running your wiring down the front tube prior to fully attaching the roll bar is easier than having to undo bolts after the fact!

Watch out for the holes under the plastic
Not very easy to install. The rivitnuts can be difficult. Assembling was rough by myself. Be careful with pre existing holes on truck bed

Fitment is right on
Fits with a 2025 Chevy Silverado ZR2 with an electric bed cover that sits slightly on the top bed rail. Quality Control of Rhino 2.0 could be better and instructions need great improvement. I put this together along with the foldable actuator led light bar with just myself. All turned out great, but you need to have some patience and tools to work around such things as welded nuts off center of a couple of holes that I had to grind off and use a couple pieces of nuts and bolts to make it work. If you plan to just install the roll bar it probably could be a weekend project, but unless the pieces fit perfect then you may have to do a bit of work arounds. All in all it looks great especially with the lights above the sports bar.

Install is less than ideal
First I love the finished product! I bought an open box product, and it did have all parts (just scratched up the the last poor soul who attempted to do the install. I started to record my installation and about halfway through I stop, the instructions are lacking and it was definitely a challenge. I took me 4 hours by myself to assemble and install this. If you install on an F150 (at least 2017 MY) you’ll have to use the rivet system due to the bed design. For alignment/fit keep everything lose to finger tight and work your way up from the bed to the top.

This one raises the "Bar"!
Overall it is a very good looking roll bar and the very best part is that the mount can allow you to run bed covers/ folding hard tops underneath the rack! (pictures to come soon) My only gripe is the installation, but it is well worth the effort! The instructions are clear and the illustrations help as well. You will need to drill into the bed rails to secure it down. You will need at least two people to lift it pre-assembled as recommended in the instructions. you basically pre-assemble it loosely and tighten it all down once you've made all the necessary adjustments and alignments to the cab and bed rail. I recommend attaching the side panels when installing. Without them, adjusting the bars while they're loose along with the weight of the center bar makes it very difficult as stuff tends to shift when loose. If you want to have the bars, without the side panels, remove them after…

Not worth the money
Came with instructions but not in english,had to put together by video. Not happy with the fit,A MUST HAVE 2 PEOPLE!! not worth the money in my opinion, if box wasn't destroyed I'd of sent it back!
