Features
- Control at the End of Travel: A bump stop manages the last part of compression. ICON's stops take over where the factory rubber stops store energy and release it with a jolt.
- Mounts Built per Vehicle: Each kit is made for its platform and position, including Raptor systems with clamshell brackets, a billet crossmember and tension rods.
- Replaces the Factory Foam Stop: On a hard-driven Raptor the stock foam stop can squeeze out of its mount; ICON's system takes its place.
- Less Rear End Kick Off-Road: Controlled release of the stored energy keeps the rear from kicking up after a hard hit, which ICON says improves control in rough terrain.
- Rebuildable Air Bumps: ICON says its hydraulic air bumps can be rebuilt and tuned for a custom ride.
- Works With Your Shocks: The stops run alongside the shocks and only come into play near the end of compression.
Description & Fitment
Here is ICON's rear air bump kit sized for the 2010-2014 Ford F-150, SVT Raptor only. On a hard-driven Raptor the stock foam stop can squeeze sideways out of its mount, and this ICON system is the answer. Steel clamshell brackets, a crossmember machined from billet aluminum and adjustable tension rods come with the hydraulic stops to reinforce the frame. Expect some drilling, cutting or trimming; ICON's sheet walks through it.

About ICON Vehicle Dynamics
ICON Vehicle Dynamics designs and builds performance suspension for trucks and SUVs at its shop in Riverside, California. Engineering is led by Dylan Evans, its head engineer and a SCORE champion driver, and ICON tests its parts on the street, on the trail and under race conditions.
ICON's engineers begin with the result they want from a vehicle, then study the forces acting on it in motion, which is where the name Vehicle Dynamics comes from. Fabrication stays in ICON's own shop, from laser cutting and metal forming to CNC machining, welding and final assembly. ICON calls its suspension systems and shock absorbers the top choice for popular trucks and SUVs.
Authorized ICON Vehicle Dynamics dealer. Prestige Truck is an authorized ICON Vehicle Dynamics dealer, so every ICON part we sell is new and genuine. ICON's warranty is for the original retail buyer, on the vehicle the part was first installed on. Keep your Prestige Truck order receipt: we use it when we take a claim to ICON for you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will this fit my 2010-2014 Ford F-150?
It fits when your vehicle matches one of these rows: 2010-2014 Ford F-150 (SVT Raptor only). If you are unsure about your trim or drivetrain, send us your VIN and we will check it against ICON's application list before you order.
Will I have to cut or drill anything?
Yes, ICON's install sheet for 95120 includes drilling, cutting or trimming. Read the sheet in the Installation section below before you start, or have a shop do the work.
Hydraulic or foam: which do I need?
Hydraulic stops and air bumps are for trucks driven hard off-road, where bottom-out control matters most. Foam stops are a simpler, softer replacement for the factory rubber. Each listing names its type.
Do hydraulic bump stops replace my shocks?
No. They work alongside the shocks and only come into play near the end of compression. ICON's kits are built to run with its shocks and springs on each platform.
Can they be serviced?
ICON says its hydraulic air bumps are rebuildable and can be tuned. Contact us for service through ICON.
What warranty applies?
ICON's published limited warranty applies to its bump stop kits, for the original buyer and the vehicle they were first installed on. Contact us first for a claim and we will open it with ICON.

- Remove the spare tire from underneath bed per owner’s manual instructions. This is best done on the ground before jacking up the vehicle.
- Insert the supplied retainer nut clip in passenger side frame rail (Hardware Bag 1).
- Position the outer bumpstop brackets (See DIA.2, #2, #3 & #4) on the frame. Install the factory bump stop bolt through the center bottom hole of the bracket into the frame. Do not tighten.
- Install (2) 1/2" x 1.5" bolts with washers down the 2 remaining lower holes through the inner and outer brackets, slide the tension plates up underneath. Retain with nylock nuts. Do not tighten.
- Assemble the tension strut bars. The rod ends are left hand thread and the clevis is right hand thread. Spin the jam nuts up the shank, note left and right hand thread.
- Reinstall wheels and lower vehicle back to the ground. [Torque lugs to factory spec] Reinstall spare tire.
