Features
- Control at the End of Travel: A bump stop manages the last part of compression. ICON's stops take over where the factory rubber stops store energy and release it with a jolt.
- Mounts Built per Vehicle: Each kit is made for its platform and position, including Raptor systems with clamshell brackets, a billet crossmember and tension rods.
- Replaces the Factory Foam Stop: On a hard-driven Raptor the stock foam stop can squeeze out of its mount; ICON's system takes its place.
- Less Rear End Kick Off-Road: Controlled release of the stored energy keeps the rear from kicking up after a hard hit, which ICON says improves control in rough terrain.
- Rebuildable Air Bumps: ICON says its hydraulic air bumps can be rebuilt and tuned for a custom ride.
- Works With Your Shocks: The stops run alongside the shocks and only come into play near the end of compression.
Description & Fitment
ICON designed this rear air bump kit around the 2017-2020 Ford F-150, Raptor only. ICON's Raptor system replaces the factory foam rubber stop, which can squash out of its mount and let metal meet metal under hard use. Along with the hydraulic stops you get steel clamshell brackets, a billet crossmember and adjustable tension rods that stiffen the chassis. The ICON sheet for this part includes drilling, cutting or trimming steps.

About ICON Vehicle Dynamics
ICON Vehicle Dynamics designs and builds performance suspension for trucks and SUVs at its shop in Riverside, California. Engineering is led by Dylan Evans, its head engineer and a SCORE champion driver, and ICON tests its parts on the street, on the trail and under race conditions.
ICON's engineers begin with the result they want from a vehicle, then study the forces acting on it in motion, which is where the name Vehicle Dynamics comes from. Fabrication stays in ICON's own shop, from laser cutting and metal forming to CNC machining, welding and final assembly. ICON calls its suspension systems and shock absorbers the top choice for popular trucks and SUVs.
Authorized ICON Vehicle Dynamics dealer. Prestige Truck is an authorized ICON Vehicle Dynamics dealer, so every ICON part we sell is new and genuine. ICON's warranty is for the original retail buyer, on the vehicle the part was first installed on. Keep your Prestige Truck order receipt: we use it when we take a claim to ICON for you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will this fit my 2017-2020 Ford F-150?
It fits when your vehicle matches one of these rows: 2017-2020 Ford F-150 (Raptor only). If you are unsure about your trim or drivetrain, send us your VIN and we will check it against ICON's application list before you order.
Does the install involve cutting or drilling?
Yes, ICON's install sheet for 95121 includes drilling, cutting or trimming. Read the sheet in the Installation section below before you start, or have a shop do the work.
Hydraulic or foam: which do I need?
Hydraulic stops and air bumps are for trucks driven hard off-road, where bottom-out control matters most. Foam stops are a simpler, softer replacement for the factory rubber. Each listing names its type.
Do hydraulic bump stops replace my shocks?
No. They work alongside the shocks and only come into play near the end of compression. ICON's kits are built to run with its shocks and springs on each platform.
Can they be serviced?
ICON says its hydraulic air bumps are rebuildable and can be tuned. Contact us for service through ICON.
What warranty applies?
ICON's published limited warranty applies to its bump stop kits, for the original buyer and the vehicle they were first installed on. Contact us first for a claim and we will open it with ICON.

Here's the short version. Follow ICON's install sheet (below) for your vehicle's exact steps and torque values.
- Remove the spare tire from underneath the bed, refer to the factory service manual for removal procedure. This is best done on the ground before placing the vehicle on jack stands.
- Position the outer bump stop brackets (PN: 194020, 194021) on the frame.
- Position the nut plate on the inside of the frame with the arrow pointing toward the front of the truck. Pass the long end of the nut plate through pocket on the inside of the frame.
- Assemble the tension rods: Each tension rod gets a clevis on one end and a rod end on the other. The clevis is right hand threaded but the rod end is left hand threaded.
- Install the bump stops. Apply anti-seize to the inside of the bump stop mount, slide the 1" spacer ring over the bump stop, then slide the bump stop up into the mount.
- After first use, retorque lower center bolt and the (2) side bolts into the nut plate.
