- Adjust Length on the Vehicle: ICON's Double Adjuster, pinch-bolt housings and threaded rod ends let you change track bar length with the bar installed, so the axle can be centered after any height change.
- Axle Centered Under the Vehicle: A lift pulls a fixed factory track bar off center. Setting the ICON bar to length puts the axle back under the middle of the body.
- DOM Tube or Billet Aluminum: Track bars are CNC bent from 1026 DOM tube with a powder coat or machined from 6061 aluminum, depending on the platform.
- Rod Ends Replace Soft Bushings: FK rod ends, PTFE-lined rod ends and OE-style ball joints remove the deflection of rubber factory bushings for steadier steering.

Description & Fitment
This ICON rear billet adjustable track bar kit fits the Lexus GX550 and Toyota 4Runner, Land Cruiser, Sequoia, Tacoma and Tundra. It suits owners who change ride height and need to keep the axle centered under the vehicle, on stock or 1-3" lifted trucks. Machined 6061 aluminum and PTFE-lined rod ends cut rear deflection. Length is set on the vehicle by loosening the jam nuts and rotating the bar, and an alignment is required after install.

Is an alignment part of the install?
Yes. ICON's install sheet for 54202 calls for the vehicle to be aligned once the track bar is in. The sheet is linked in the Installation section below.
Why does a lifted vehicle need an adjustable track bar?
A track bar locates the axle side to side. Lifting the vehicle changes its angle and shifts the axle off center, so an adjustable bar lets you set the length and center the axle again.
Will it fix death wobble?
ICON says its adjustable track bars help prevent the front-end wobble that worn or soft factory bushings can cause on these trucks. Wobble can have other causes too, so have the whole front end checked.
Do I need an alignment?
ICON calls for an alignment after most of its track bar installs, since centering the axle changes the front-end settings. The Installation section of each part shows what ICON asks for.
What warranty applies?
ICON's published limited warranty applies to its track bars and brackets, for the original buyer and the vehicle they were first installed on. Contact us first for a claim and we will open it with ICON.
Installation

Here's the short version. Follow ICON's install sheet (below) for your vehicle's exact steps and torque values.
- Remove the factory track bar using a 19mm.
- Install the billet track bar using the factory hardware and torque to factory spec using a 19mm.
- To adjust, loosen jam nuts using a 1-5/16" and turn the billet track bar. Once the differential is centered under the frame, torque the jam nuts to 180 ft-lbs.
- Never exceed the maximum length as listed in the tech notes.
