- Choose Tubular or Billet Arms: Tubular arms are CNC-bent DOM steel with a powder coat. Billet arms are machined 6061 aluminum, anodized, with on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment.

Description & Fitment
The ICON billet upper control arm kit with Delta Joint is a front kit for the 1996-2002 Toyota 4Runner and 1996-2004 Toyota Tacoma with a 0-3" lift. The arms are machined from 6061 aluminum with a matte anodized finish, and rod ends with adjuster sleeves allow caster and camber adjustment on the vehicle. ICON's patented Delta Joint gives a tough, high-angle ball joint that moves with the freedom of a uniball. Paired with ICON's extended travel coilovers, the arms make room for more wheel travel.

Is an alignment part of the install?
Yes. ICON's install sheet for 58500DJ calls for the vehicle to be aligned once the upper control arm kit is in. The sheet is linked in the Installation section below.
Delta Joint or Delta Joint PRO?
Both are ICON high-angle ball joints. The Delta Joint PRO is larger, fully rebuildable and allows up to 90 degrees of articulation. ICON fits the PRO to its newer kits, and each title names the joint.
Tubular or billet?
Tubular arms are DOM steel with a powder coat and built-in caster. Billet arms are machined aluminum and add on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment. Where ICON offers both, choose the build at checkout.
Will I need an alignment?
Yes. New upper control arms change the front-end geometry, and ICON calls for an alignment afterward.
What warranty applies?
ICON's upper control arms carry its Limited Lifetime Warranty. The Delta Joint has 5 years when registered within 30 days of purchase, and the Delta Joint PRO 1 year. Contact us to register or claim.

Here's the short version. Follow ICON's install sheet (below) for your vehicle's exact steps and torque values.
- Using a properly rated jack, raise the front of the vehicle and support the frame rails with jack stands. Ensure the jack stands are secure and set properly before lowering the jack. NEVER WORK UNDER AN UNSUPPORTED VEHICLE.
- Remove the upper control arm. There is a long bolt that runs through both pivots of the upper control arm and the shock tower.
- Remove the ball joint from the spindle. Remove the snap ring on the top of the spindle that retains the ball joint.
- Install the Delta Joint adapter. The Delta Joint adapter and lower retainer is designed to pull itself in to the spindle. Position the thick top Delta Joint adapter on top of the knuckle.
- Install the arm with the factory bolt through the pivots and frame mount. Make sure there is a large washer on both sides of the urethane bushings on both pivots (4 per side). [Torque to factory spec]
- Have the vehicle professionally aligned.

ICON's upper control arms carry its Limited Lifetime Warranty, and the ball joint carries its own Delta Joint or Delta Joint PRO terms.- Coverage belongs to the original retail buyer who owns the vehicle the part was first installed on.
- ICON parts must go on as the complete kit shown in ICON's application guide. Swapping out or leaving off a required part voids the warranty.
- The Delta Joint carries 5 years of coverage from the purchase date, but only when ICON's warranty registration is completed within 30 days of purchase; contact us and we will help you register. The Delta Joint PRO carries 1 year from the purchase date. Neither is transferable to a later owner, and neither applies when the joint runs with a suspension system that is not ICON's.
- ICON repairs or replaces a defective part, at its discretion. Removal, reinstallation, freight and incidental or consequential costs are not covered, and parts that wear in normal use are not treated as defective.
- Not covered: finish (including finish marks from shipping), alterations or modifications, installation that departs from ICON's instructions, racing use, police, taxi, government or commercial vehicles, and sales outside the United States and Canada.
- To claim, contact us first with your order number and a short description of the problem. We open the claim with ICON for you, and your Prestige Truck receipt is the proof of purchase ICON asks for.

Check both arms, the Delta Joints, bushings, dust caps and hardware as soon as the carton arrives, and photograph any damage before installation. Check it as soon as it arrives.- Look for crushed ends, punctures or tears in the carton.
- If something looks wrong, take photos of the box and the parts (and if a driver asks you to sign, note the damage on the receipt).
- Open the box and check the parts against the parts list before you install.
