Description & Fitment
The ICON billet upper control arm kit with Delta Joint PRO is a front kit for the 2023-2025 Toyota Sequoia and 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra. A hybrid H-beam profile machined from 6061 billet keeps the arms light while resisting bending loads, and rod ends with adjuster sleeves allow caster and camber adjustment. The fully rebuildable Delta Joint PRO gives up to 90 degrees of free articulation. Paired with ICON's extended travel coilovers, the arms make room for more wheel travel.

Is an alignment part of the install?
Yes. ICON's install sheet for 58561DJ calls for the vehicle to be aligned once the upper control arm kit is in. The sheet is linked in the Installation section below.
Delta Joint or Delta Joint PRO?
Both are ICON high-angle ball joints. The Delta Joint PRO is larger, fully rebuildable and allows up to 90 degrees of articulation. ICON fits the PRO to its newer kits, and each title names the joint.
Tubular or billet?
Tubular arms are DOM steel with a powder coat and built-in caster. Billet arms are machined aluminum and add on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment. Where ICON offers both, choose the build at checkout.
Will I need an alignment?
Yes. New upper control arms change the front-end geometry, and ICON calls for an alignment afterward.
What warranty applies?
ICON's upper control arms carry its Limited Lifetime Warranty. The Delta Joint has 5 years when registered within 30 days of purchase, and the Delta Joint PRO 1 year. Contact us to register or claim.

Here's the short version. Follow ICON's install sheet (below) for your vehicle's exact steps and torque values.
- Lift vehicle and securely place heavy duty jack stands under the manufacturer recommended lifting locations for the front of the vehicle. Take care when lifting the vehicle, and allow 3-4" of ground clearance from the tire.
- Lift up on box and remove. The box is only held in place by the intake tube and rubber grommets underneath.
- Remove the harness clamp from the large wire loom using a small flat blade screwdriver.
- Remove the 12mm bolt from the top of the UCA that holds the ABS wire.
- Install the ICON UCA into position and slide the factory mounting bolt through the heims, spacers and frame.
- Reinstall wheels and tires and carefully lower vehicle to the ground. Torque lug nuts to factory spec. [TECH NOTE #1]

ICON's upper control arms carry its Limited Lifetime Warranty, and the ball joint carries its own Delta Joint or Delta Joint PRO terms.- Coverage belongs to the original retail buyer who owns the vehicle the part was first installed on.
- ICON parts must go on as the complete kit shown in ICON's application guide. Swapping out or leaving off a required part voids the warranty.
- The Delta Joint carries 5 years of coverage from the purchase date, but only when ICON's warranty registration is completed within 30 days of purchase; contact us and we will help you register. The Delta Joint PRO carries 1 year from the purchase date. Neither is transferable to a later owner, and neither applies when the joint runs with a suspension system that is not ICON's.
- ICON repairs or replaces a defective part, at its discretion. Removal, reinstallation, freight and incidental or consequential costs are not covered, and parts that wear in normal use are not treated as defective.
- Not covered: finish (including finish marks from shipping), alterations or modifications, installation that departs from ICON's instructions, racing use, police, taxi, government or commercial vehicles, and sales outside the United States and Canada.
- To claim, contact us first with your order number and a short description of the problem. We open the claim with ICON for you, and your Prestige Truck receipt is the proof of purchase ICON asks for.

Check both arms, the Delta Joints, bushings, dust caps and hardware as soon as the carton arrives, and photograph any damage before installation. Check it as soon as it arrives.- Look for crushed ends, punctures or tears in the carton.
- If something looks wrong, take photos of the box and the parts (and if a driver asks you to sign, note the damage on the receipt).
- Open the box and check the parts against the parts list before you install.
