Description & Fitment
The ICON box kit gathers many of the smaller parts an ICON 4.5" lift system needs on the 2014-2026 Ram 2500. It contains radius arm drop brackets formed from laser-cut steel plate. The brackets reset the radius arm angle for a proper front alignment. Install includes drilling, cutting or trimming steps, so check your system first.

Here's the short version. Follow ICON's install sheet (below) for your vehicle's exact steps and torque values.
- Open the hood and disconnect both negative battery terminals using an 8mm socket/wrench.
- Remove the bolts connecting the radius arms to the frame using a 27mm socket/wrench. Use caution as the differential may shift. Rotate the differential backward so that the radius arms rotate out of the frame pockets.
- Install the transfercase skid plate using a 13mm socket/wrench. [Torque to factory spec]
- Install the supplied brake line tab on the brake line and mount the brake line to the differential using a 10mm socket/wrench. [Torque to factory spec]
- Using a properly rated jack (or properly rated vehicle lift), raise the vehicle and support the frame rails with jack stands. Ensure the jack stands are secure and set properly before lowering the jack.
- Check the torque on all hardware. Drive the truck 1-2 miles and retorque all nuts, bolts and lugs.

- ICON parts must go on as the complete kit shown in ICON's application guide. Swapping out or leaving off a required part voids the warranty.
- ICON repairs or replaces a defective part, at its discretion. Removal, reinstallation, freight and incidental or consequential costs are not covered, and parts that wear in normal use are not treated as defective.
- Not covered: finish (including finish marks from shipping), alterations or modifications, installation that departs from ICON's instructions, racing use, police, taxi, government or commercial vehicles, and sales outside the United States and Canada.
