ICON's rear driveshaft for the 2012-2018 Jeep Wrangler. This rear shaft replaces the stock one on a two-door JK with 3-6" of lift, and comes with an adapter. ICON lists it by door count because the two JK bodies use different shaft lengths. ICON pairs it with a 3-6" lift.

Why does a lifted truck need a different driveshaft?
A lift changes the distance and angle between the transfer case and the axle. A shaft built for that range keeps enough spline engaged and suits the new angle.
Do the U-joints need greasing?
ICON's Extreme Duty Ram shafts use solid, non-greaseable U-joints, so there is no greasing schedule for them.
Which JK shaft do I need?
Pick by model years and door count: ICON makes separate rear shafts for 2007-2011 and 2012-2018 JKs, each in two-door and four-door versions, for 3-6" of lift.

- ICON parts must go on as the complete kit shown in ICON's application guide. Swapping out or leaving off a required part voids the warranty.
- ICON repairs or replaces a defective part, at its discretion. Removal, reinstallation, freight and incidental or consequential costs are not covered, and parts that wear in normal use are not treated as defective.
- Not covered: finish (including finish marks from shipping), alterations or modifications, installation that departs from ICON's instructions, racing use, police, taxi, government or commercial vehicles, and sales outside the United States and Canada.

Inspect on delivery
Check the tube, yokes, U-joints and flange as soon as the carton arrives, and photograph any damage before installation. Do not install a shaft with a dented tube. Check it as soon as it arrives.- Look for crushed ends, punctures or tears in the carton.
- If something looks wrong, take photos of the box and the parts (and if a driver asks you to sign, note the damage on the receipt).
- Open the box and check the parts against the parts list before you install.
