Description & Fitment
This ICON Vehicle Dynamics front dual rate coil spring kit fits 4WD, gas engine versions of the 2023 Ford F-250 Super Duty and F-350 Super Duty with a 2.5" lift. Each spring has a soft rate for ride comfort and a firm rate for control. Caster cams are included to help bring caster back into range after the lift. The spring rate is chosen per vehicle, and an alignment is advised after install.

Will I need an alignment afterward?
Yes. ICON's install sheet for 62513 calls for the vehicle to be aligned once the spring kit is in. The sheet is linked in the Installation section below.
Dual rate or triple rate: what is the difference?
Both start soft and firm up as the spring compresses. A triple rate spring adds a third stage, so the change in feel is more gradual. ICON chooses the design for each vehicle, and the part title names it.
Do I need new shocks with these springs?
ICON designs these springs as part of its suspension systems. Check the fitment notes for your part, and match the shocks to the lift height you choose.
Will I need an alignment?
Lifting the front of a vehicle changes its alignment, and ICON calls for an alignment after many of its front spring installs. The Installation section of each part shows what ICON asks for.
What warranty applies?
ICON's published limited warranty applies to its coil springs, for the original buyer and the vehicle they were first installed on. Contact us first for a claim and we will open it with ICON.

Here's the short version. Follow ICON's install sheet (below) for your vehicle's exact steps and torque values.
- Using a properly rated jack, raise the front of the vehicle and support the frame rails with jack stands. Ensure the jack stands are secure and set properly before lowering the jack. NEVER WORK UNDER AN UNSUPPORTED VEHICLE.
- Disconnect the upper brake line brackets from the frame using a 13mm socket/wrench and lower brake line brackets from the differential using a 10mm socket/ wrench.
- Lower the axle just enough to install the new springs. Place the original rubber isolator on top of the new coil and install. Be careful to not stretch or damage any lines.
- Lift the axle high enough to connect the shocks but be careful not to lift the truck off of its supports. Use the original bolt on the lower shock mount and tighten with an 18mm socket/wrench [Torque to factory spec].
- Connect the sway bar links to the sway bar using an 18mm socket/wrench. [Torque to factory spec]
- Have the vehicle professionally aligned.

- ICON parts must go on as the complete kit shown in ICON's application guide. Swapping out or leaving off a required part voids the warranty.
- ICON repairs or replaces a defective part, at its discretion. Removal, reinstallation, freight and incidental or consequential costs are not covered, and parts that wear in normal use are not treated as defective.
- Not covered: finish (including finish marks from shipping), alterations or modifications, installation that departs from ICON's instructions, racing use, police, taxi, government or commercial vehicles, and sales outside the United States and Canada.

Check each spring, its coating and any isolators or cams in the box as soon as the carton arrives, and photograph any damage before installation. Check it as soon as it arrives.- Look for crushed ends, punctures or tears in the carton.
- If something looks wrong, take photos of the box and the parts (and if a driver asks you to sign, note the damage on the receipt).
- Open the box and check the parts against the parts list before you install.
