Description & Fitment
This ICON rear leaf spring expansion pack fits the 2008-2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty. Rather than stacking leaves, it replaces the factory secondary leaves and keeps the main leaf in place. The result is added rear height with a softer rate. It was developed with ICON's suspension systems and tested on road and trail.

Full pack, expansion pack or Add-A-Leaf: what is the difference?
A full pack replaces the whole spring. An expansion pack keeps the factory main leaf and replaces the secondary leaves. An Add-A-Leaf kit goes in place of the factory overload leaves. Each part's title tells you which one it is.
Will the ride get stiffer?
Not by design. ICON builds several of these parts with a softer rate than the factory leaves they replace, and its multi-rate packs let you set the rate for your load. The description of each part says how it is rated.
Which lift height should I choose?
Match the rear part to the rest of your ICON system. ICON lists the lift for each part in its title and in the fitment rows, and the front of the truck should be set up for the same lift.

Here's the short version. Follow ICON's install sheet (below) for your vehicle's exact steps and torque values.
- Lift the back of the truck. Support the frame at the frame rail with jack stands. NEVER WORK UNDER AN UNSUPPORTED VEHICLE. Remove rear tires. Support the rear axle with a jack, as you will need to raise and lower it.
- Depending on model, Using a pry bar, open the U-clips towards the ends of the spring pack that help to hold the leaves in-line with each other.
- Slowly lower the axle until the leaf springs and center pin are from the axle and factory lift block. DO NOT ALLOW THE AXLE TO HANG FROM ANY HOSES OR WIRES.
- Remove the 3/8" bolts/nuts and crush sleeve from the add-a-leaf U-clips, set aside for later.
- Align all the leaves together using the center pin, thread the nut onto the pin.
- Retorque U-bolts in 1000 Miles.
