Description & Fitment
This ICON front lower control arm kit fits the 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma and keeps the factory width while replacing the stock arms. Each arm is CNC laser-cut, brake-formed steel plate, fully welded and boxed, with internal rib bracing and angled plates that slide over trail obstacles. Forged steel ball joint housings protect ground clearance and clear the CV boot on 4WD trucks, and recessed coilover mounts plus tabs tie in ICON's S2 Secondary Shock System. Greaseable metal-on-metal ball joints and no-grease polyurethane bushings keep upkeep low, and a model-specific hardware kit, sold separately, is required.

Billet or tubular: which should I choose?
Both replace the factory links. The billet arms are machined from 6061 aluminum; the tubular arms are welded DOM steel with PTFE-lined FK rod ends. Pick the material and look you prefer, and ask us if you want help comparing them.
Is any trimming needed?
Sometimes. Some ICON arm installs call for frame pocket trimming or trimming a pivot bolt keeper tab. The Installation section of each part shows what ICON asks for.
Does the control arm kit need other parts?
Some do. ICON lists a model-specific hardware kit as required with some of its control arm kits. Contact us and we will match the right parts to your truck.

ICON's published limited warranty applies to this part, and we handle any claim with ICON for you.- Coverage belongs to the original retail buyer who owns the vehicle the part was first installed on.
- ICON parts must go on as the complete kit shown in ICON's application guide. Swapping out or leaving off a required part voids the warranty.
- ICON repairs or replaces a defective part, at its discretion. Removal, reinstallation, freight and incidental or consequential costs are not covered, and parts that wear in normal use are not treated as defective.
- Not covered: finish (including finish marks from shipping), alterations or modifications, installation that departs from ICON's instructions, racing use, police, taxi, government or commercial vehicles, and sales outside the United States and Canada.
- To claim, contact us first with your order number and a short description of the problem. We open the claim with ICON for you, and your Prestige Truck receipt is the proof of purchase ICON asks for.

Check each arm, rod end, bushing and the hardware bag as soon as the carton arrives, and photograph any damage before installation. Check it as soon as it arrives.- Look for crushed ends, punctures or tears in the carton.
- If something looks wrong, take photos of the box and the parts (and if a driver asks you to sign, note the damage on the receipt).
- Open the box and check the parts against the parts list before you install.
