Features

  • Length Set on the Vehicle: Link length can be tuned on the vehicle, through ICON's double adjuster or threaded rod ends, without removing the link.
  • Billet or DOM Tube Build: ICON builds these links from CNC-machined 6061 aluminum billet or from DOM steel tube; the title and specs name the build of this kit.
  • FK Rod Ends and Bearings: PTFE-lined FK rod ends and spherical bearings take the place of soft factory bushings, cutting deflection and the bind that limits stock suspension travel.
  • Anodized or Powder-Coated Finish: Billet parts are anodized against corrosion and tubular parts carry a multi-stage powder coat, so the links hold up to road salt and trail grime.
  • Geometry Matched to Lift: Links are sized for lifted vehicles, helping restore suspension geometry once the ride height changes.
  • Quiet Greaseless Bushings: Where a bushing is used, ICON fits multi durometer or dual-durometer high-angle bushings that run quietly and need no periodic greasing.

Description & Fitment

This ICON Vehicle Dynamics rear lower link kit fits the 2021-2026 Ford Bronco, in billet or tubular builds. The billet links are CNC machined 6061 aluminum, anodized against corrosion, while the tubular links use .313 wall DOM tube with a black powder coat and a high-clearance shape. Each link pairs a PTFE-lined FK rod end with ICON's double adjuster at one end and a greaseless multi-durometer bushing at the other, so the axle moves freely while vibration is damped. Length is set on the vehicle, and installation includes some drilling, cutting or trimming.

About ICON Vehicle Dynamics

ICON.

ICON Vehicle Dynamics designs and builds performance suspension for trucks and SUVs at its shop in Riverside, California. Engineering is led by Dylan Evans, its head engineer and a SCORE champion driver, and ICON tests its parts on the street, on the trail and under race conditions.

ICON's engineers begin with the result they want from a vehicle, then study the forces acting on it in motion, which is where the name Vehicle Dynamics comes from. Fabrication stays in ICON's own shop, from laser cutting and metal forming to CNC machining, welding and final assembly. ICON calls its suspension systems and shock absorbers the top choice for popular trucks and SUVs.

Authorized ICON Vehicle Dynamics dealer. Prestige Truck is an authorized ICON Vehicle Dynamics dealer, so every ICON part we sell is new and genuine. ICON's warranty is for the original retail buyer, on the vehicle the part was first installed on. Keep your Prestige Truck order receipt: we use it when we take a claim to ICON for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this fit my 2021-2026 Ford Bronco?

It fits when your vehicle matches one of these rows: 2021-2026 Ford Bronco. If you are unsure about your trim or drivetrain, send us your VIN and we will check it against ICON's application list before you order.

Is any drilling or trimming needed?

Yes, ICON's install sheet for 44000 includes drilling, cutting or trimming. Read the sheet in the Installation section below before you start, or have a shop do the work.

Billet or tubular: which should I pick?

Both replace the factory links. Billet links are machined aluminum with an anodized finish; tubular links are DOM steel with a powder coat and a high-clearance shape. ICON offers both on several platforms, so choose the build you prefer.

Do adjustable links need setting up?

Yes. Adjustable links are set to length during the install, using ICON's measurements for your vehicle. A shop can do this when it aligns the vehicle.

Do the rod ends need greasing?

ICON uses PTFE-lined FK rod ends and greaseless multi durometer bushings on most kits. The Ram 2500/3500 tubular links are the exception: ICON says their dual stage bushings can be greased.

What warranty applies?

ICON's published limited warranty applies to its link kits, for the original buyer and the vehicle they were first installed on. Contact us first for a claim and we will open it with ICON.

What's involvedThe fuel tank is lowered for access, the factory rear lower links come off, the ICON links bolt in, and the axle-end pivot bolt keeper tab is cut 1-1/4" shorterpinion angle can be adjusted, with a re-torque after 100 miles.

Here's the short version. Follow ICON's install sheet (below) for your vehicle's exact steps and torque values. These steps are for part 44000T; the other parts on this page install from their own ICON sheet below.

  1. Ensure the vehicle is parked on a flat, level surface with the transmission in PARK the parking brake set and the engine turned off.
  2. Install the passenger side lower link first, which will require lowering the fuel tank to access the frame-side pivot bolts. Begin by disconnecting the wiring harness from the rear of the fuel tank.
  3. Disconnect the wiring harness from the top of the fuel tank.
  4. Use the 24mm socket and rachet to remove the front lower link pivot bolt and nut from the axle end of the lower link. Remove the OE lower link and set it aside as it will not be re-used.
  5. Use a T25 Torx driver to re-install the pivot bolt cover on the inboard side of the frame rail at the axle end pivot bolt, which was removed in a previous step.
  6. If custom pinion angle is desired you can adjust this with the vehicle on the ground. Do not adjust further than 3.375" from the center of the rod end to the edge of the billet link.
