Description & Fitment
The ICON radius arm drop kit is for the 2011-2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD with a 4.5-7" lift. It lets you keep stock or aftermarket radius arms when you install one of ICON's taller lifts by lowering the mounting point. Each bracket is CNC laser-cut, brake-formed steel plate in semi-gloss black powder coat. Install includes drilling the frame to 7/16" for the bracket bolts, and an alignment is needed afterward.

Will I need an alignment afterward?
Yes. ICON's install sheet for 64045 calls for the vehicle to be aligned once the drop kit is in. The sheet is linked in the Installation section below.
Radius arm system or drop kit?
ICON's radius arm systems mount in the factory pivot and use caster cams; the drop kits lower the mounting point so stock or aftermarket arms work with ICON's taller lift systems. Match the part to your truck's years and lift, or ask us.
Will I need an alignment?
Yes for the drop kits and the 2005-2022 radius arm system: ICON calls for an alignment afterward. Plan on one after any radius arm work.
What do the OnBoard Scales brackets do?
On 2023-up Super Duty trucks with OnBoard Scales, the bracket connects the front ride height sensor linkage to ICON's radius arms so the system keeps working. Choose the version for your lift.
What warranty applies?
ICON's published limited warranty applies to these parts, for the original buyer and the vehicle they were first installed on. Contact us first for a claim and we will open it with ICON.

Here's the short version. Follow ICON's install sheet (below) for your vehicle's exact steps and torque values.
- Using a properly rated jack, raise the front of the vehicle and support the frame rails with jack stands. Ensure the jack stands are secure and set properly before lowering the jack. NEVER WORK UNDER AN UNSUPPORTED VEHICLE.
- Support the axle with a floor jack and remove the front shocks. The shocks are limiting droop so make sure the axle is securely supported or it will drop when the shocks are removed.
- Position the driver side radius arm bracket into the stock radius arm pocket. Loosely install the supplied (605601) bolts with
- Install two (605601) remaining bolts in the remaining frame/bracket hole.
- Use a jack to raise the axle high enough to install the shocks. Be careful not to lift the truck off of it’s supports.
- Have the vehicle professionally aligned.

- ICON parts must go on as the complete kit shown in ICON's application guide. Swapping out or leaving off a required part voids the warranty.
- ICON repairs or replaces a defective part, at its discretion. Removal, reinstallation, freight and incidental or consequential costs are not covered, and parts that wear in normal use are not treated as defective.
- Not covered: finish (including finish marks from shipping), alterations or modifications, installation that departs from ICON's instructions, racing use, police, taxi, government or commercial vehicles, and sales outside the United States and Canada.
