Description & Fitment
This ICON Vehicle Dynamics radius arm drop kit fits the 2017-2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty and F-350 Super Duty 4WD with a 4.5-7" lift. The brackets lower the mounting point so factory or aftermarket radius arms can run on an ICON lift system. They are laser-cut, brake-formed steel plate made to take off-road abuse, finished in semi-gloss black powder coat. An alignment is required after installation.

Is an alignment part of the install?
Yes. ICON's install sheet for 64055 calls for the vehicle to be aligned once the drop kit is in. The sheet is linked in the Installation section below.
Radius arm system or drop kit?
ICON's radius arm systems mount in the factory pivot and use caster cams; the drop kits lower the mounting point so stock or aftermarket arms work with ICON's taller lift systems. Match the part to your truck's years and lift, or ask us.
Will I need an alignment?
Yes for the drop kits and the 2005-2022 radius arm system: ICON calls for an alignment afterward. Plan on one after any radius arm work.
What do the OnBoard Scales brackets do?
On 2023-up Super Duty trucks with OnBoard Scales, the bracket connects the front ride height sensor linkage to ICON's radius arms so the system keeps working. Choose the version for your lift.
What warranty applies?
ICON's published limited warranty applies to these parts, for the original buyer and the vehicle they were first installed on. Contact us first for a claim and we will open it with ICON.

Here's the short version. Follow ICON's install sheet (below) for your vehicle's exact steps and torque values.
- Using a properly rated jack, raise the front end of the vehicle and support the frame rails with jack stands.
- Support the axle using a jack and remove the front shocks. The shocks are limiting droop so make sure that the axle is well supported or it will fall when the shocks are removed. Only remove the lower bolt using an 18mm.
- Remove the outside crossmember bolt on both sides.
- Slide the nut plate (164042) in the end of the crossmember and align over the hole. Using the supplied 5/8" bolts and lock washers, start the bolts in the nut plate mounting the radius arm bracket to the crossmember.
- Reconnect the sway bar links to the sway bar using an 8mm and 18mm. [Torque to factory spec]
- Have the vehicle professionally aligned.

- ICON parts must go on as the complete kit shown in ICON's application guide. Swapping out or leaving off a required part voids the warranty.
- ICON repairs or replaces a defective part, at its discretion. Removal, reinstallation, freight and incidental or consequential costs are not covered, and parts that wear in normal use are not treated as defective.
- Not covered: finish (including finish marks from shipping), alterations or modifications, installation that departs from ICON's instructions, racing use, police, taxi, government or commercial vehicles, and sales outside the United States and Canada.
