Description & Fitment
This ICON radius arm system fits the 2005-2022 Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450 Super Duty 4WD. Caster cams in the factory pivot cover trucks from stock height to 3" of front lift, and with ICON's radius arm drop brackets it holds proper caster on 4" to 7" lifts, coilover conversions included. A sealed pivot bushing gives quiet running, long life and less road feedback. The fully boxed fabricated arm is shaped for 37" tire clearance at full steering lock, and an alignment is required after install.

Is an alignment part of the install?
Yes. ICON's install sheet for 64041 calls for the vehicle to be aligned once the radius arm system is in. The sheet is linked in the Installation section below.
Radius arm system or drop kit?
ICON's radius arm systems mount in the factory pivot and use caster cams; the drop kits lower the mounting point so stock or aftermarket arms work with ICON's taller lift systems. Match the part to your truck's years and lift, or ask us.
Will I need an alignment?
Yes for the drop kits and the 2005-2022 radius arm system: ICON calls for an alignment afterward. Plan on one after any radius arm work.
What do the OnBoard Scales brackets do?
On 2023-up Super Duty trucks with OnBoard Scales, the bracket connects the front ride height sensor linkage to ICON's radius arms so the system keeps working. Choose the version for your lift.

Here's the short version. Follow ICON's install sheet (below) for your vehicle's exact steps and torque values.
- Lift vehicle and securely place heavy duty jack stands under the manufacturer recommended lifting locations for the front of the vehicle. Take care when lifting the vehicle, and allow 3-4" of ground clearance from the tire.
- Remove the vacuum line clip from the radius arm using a clip removal tool, as shown.
- Remove the 2 bolts on the axle mounts using a 24mm. Remove the radius arm.
- Install the supplied M18 x 130mm bolt with 1 washer into the upper hole and mount. No washer on the inside as there is not enough room between the nut and the differential housing.
- Reinstall factory shock now in reverse order as removal. If Icon shocks are to be installed, reference those instructions now.
- Get vehicle professionally aligned.

- ICON parts must go on as the complete kit shown in ICON's application guide. Swapping out or leaving off a required part voids the warranty.
- ICON repairs or replaces a defective part, at its discretion. Removal, reinstallation, freight and incidental or consequential costs are not covered, and parts that wear in normal use are not treated as defective.
- Not covered: finish (including finish marks from shipping), alterations or modifications, installation that departs from ICON's instructions, racing use, police, taxi, government or commercial vehicles, and sales outside the United States and Canada.
