Description & Fitment
The ICON radius arm system is for the 2023-2026 Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450 Super Duty 4WD with a 2-5.5" lift. Adjustable caster cams fine-tune caster, so the arm stays in the factory pivot without caster bushings or drop brackets. A sealed pivot bushing keeps road feedback down, and the fully boxed fabricated arm is shaped so a 37" tire clears it at full steering lock. Trucks with OnBoard Scales need ICON's sensor bracket kit, 66203 or 66204.

Radius arm system or drop kit?
ICON's radius arm systems mount in the factory pivot and use caster cams; the drop kits lower the mounting point so stock or aftermarket arms work with ICON's taller lift systems. Match the part to your truck's years and lift, or ask us.
Will I need an alignment?
Yes for the drop kits and the 2005-2022 radius arm system: ICON calls for an alignment afterward. Plan on one after any radius arm work.
What do the OnBoard Scales brackets do?
On 2023-up Super Duty trucks with OnBoard Scales, the bracket connects the front ride height sensor linkage to ICON's radius arms so the system keeps working. Choose the version for your lift.

ICON's published limited warranty applies to this part, and we handle any claim with ICON for you.- Coverage belongs to the original retail buyer who owns the vehicle the part was first installed on.
- ICON parts must go on as the complete kit shown in ICON's application guide. Swapping out or leaving off a required part voids the warranty.
- ICON repairs or replaces a defective part, at its discretion. Removal, reinstallation, freight and incidental or consequential costs are not covered, and parts that wear in normal use are not treated as defective.
- Not covered: finish (including finish marks from shipping), alterations or modifications, installation that departs from ICON's instructions, racing use, police, taxi, government or commercial vehicles, and sales outside the United States and Canada.
- To claim, contact us first with your order number and a short description of the problem. We open the claim with ICON for you, and your Prestige Truck receipt is the proof of purchase ICON asks for.
