- Built in Stages: Each vehicle's systems climb from an entry stage upward, so the suspension can match a daily driver, a tow rig or a dedicated trail truck. The stage number tells you where a kit sits.
- Engineered Per Platform: ICON develops each system around one vehicle's geometry, choosing shock lengths, valving and spring rates for that platform instead of adapting a universal kit.
- Serviceable ICON Shocks: The ICON shocks in every stage are fully rebuildable and re-tunable, so worn seals or a change in how the truck is used means a rebuild or revalve, not new shocks.
- Adjustable Valving Options: Higher stages on many vehicles add CDCV valves with 10 compression settings, CDXS valves with separate low-speed and high-speed adjustment, or CDEV valves that ICON Intelligent Control adjusts on the move.
- Upper Control Arm Choices: Where a stage adds upper control arms, choose billet aluminum arms with caster and camber adjustment on the vehicle, or tubular steel arms with extra caster built in. Both correct front-end geometry at the lifted height.
- Lift Quoted on Stock Vehicles: Every lift range is quoted for a stock-equipped vehicle. Bumpers, winches and other added weight change where the height settles, so allow for them when choosing a kit.
Description & Fitment
This ICON stage suspension system fits the 2021-2026 Ford Bronco with the Sasquatch package, as part of ICON's 2-3" lift setup. The entry Stage 3 covers front and rear VS 2.5 coilovers and upper control arms, while Stage 8 adds rear lower and upper links, a rear adjustable track bar, an Intelligent Control install kit and a hose routing kit. Versions run from Stage 3 through 8 with billet or tubular upper control arms, standard, CDCV or CDXS valving and standard or heavy rate rear springs. Every stage is engineered for this platform, and an alignment is required after install.

Is an alignment part of the install?
Yes. ICON's install sheet for K40013 calls for the vehicle to be aligned once the system is in. The sheet is linked in the Installation section below.
Which stage should I choose?
Start from how the vehicle is used. Entry stages improve ride quality and set the stance for daily driving, towing and light trail work, while higher stages add parts such as upper control arms, adjustable valving and rear links for harder off-road driving. The In the Box column of the Versions table shows what each stage adds.
CDCV, CDXS or CDEV: what is the difference?
CDCV is an external knob with 10 compression settings from soft to firm. CDXS adjusts low-speed and high-speed compression separately. CDEV is an electronic valve that ICON Intelligent Control adjusts from onboard sensors, through the ICON app.
Will I need an alignment after installing?
Yes, whenever the system changes the front suspension. ICON calls for a professional alignment, and many late-model vehicles also need their driver-assist cameras and sensors recalibrated.
How much does the lift change with a bumper or winch?
ICON quotes every lift range for a stock-equipped vehicle. A steel bumper, winch or other weight up front settles the vehicle lower in that range, so plan for it when you pick the lift option.

What's involvedThe sway bar and lower control arms are unbolted to swap the front coilovers, a sway bar relocation bracket and reservoir brackets are installed, the ABS bracket drilled, and the fender liner trimmed as neededrequires an alignment and a re-torque after 100 miles.
Here's the short version. Follow ICON's install sheet (below) for your vehicle's exact steps and torque values. These steps are for the 48700; the other parts on this page install from their own ICON sheet below.
- Lift vehicle and securely place heavy duty jack stands under the manufacturer recommended lifting locations for the front of the vehicle. Take care when lifting the vehicle, and allow 3-4" of ground clearance from the tire.
- Remove one side of the sway bar from the frame to gain access to the lower control arm bolts (18mm).
- Reinstall the lower control arm into the frame pockets using factory hardware (snug bolts only) and connect the lower shock to the control arm using the supplied 7/16 bolts and washers. Torque to 70 ft-lbs.
- Install the ICON sway bar relocation bracket using the supplied 12mm socket head bolts using an 8mm hex key. Apply thread locker to the bolts.
- Install the 250002 bracket as shown using one 3/8" self tapping bolt.
- Get vehicle professionally aligned.

Warranty
ICON shocks and coilovers in this system carry ICON's 1-year shock warranty against manufacturer's defects, and ICON's other suspension components carry its Limited Lifetime Warranty.- Coverage belongs to the original retail buyer who owns the vehicle the parts were first installed on.
- A shock that fails in its first year goes to ICON for inspection and service. If ICON finds the cause was neglect, poor installation or anything other than normal wear and tear, the owner pays for labor, parts and shipping.
- ICON parts must go on as the complete kit shown in ICON's application guide. Swapping out or leaving off a required part voids the warranty.
- Upper control arms with ICON's Delta Joint carry 5 years of coverage from the purchase date, but only when ICON's warranty registration is completed within 30 days of purchase; contact us and we will help you register. The Delta Joint PRO carries 1 year. Neither is transferable to a later owner.
- ICON repairs or replaces a defective part, at its discretion. Removal, reinstallation, freight and incidental or consequential costs are not covered, and parts that wear in normal use are not treated as defective.
- Not covered: finish (including finish marks from shipping), alterations or modifications, installation that departs from ICON's instructions, racing use, police, taxi, government or commercial vehicles, and sales outside the United States and Canada.
- To claim, contact us first with your order number and a short description of the problem. We open the claim with ICON for you, and your Prestige Truck receipt is the proof of purchase ICON asks for.

Inspect on delivery
A stage system arrives in several cartons: open every box when it lands, check each part and hardware bag against ICON's parts lists, and photograph any carton damage before you sign or start the install. Check it as soon as it arrives.- Look for crushed ends, punctures or tears in the carton.
- If something looks wrong, take photos of the box and the parts (and if a driver asks you to sign, note the damage on the receipt).
- Open the box and check the parts against the parts list before you install.
- Email support@prestigetruck.com right away with your order number, a short note and photos. We send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
