Description & Fitment
This ICON rear tubular upper trailing arm kit fits the 2021-2026 Ford Bronco and is built to give the rear axle more travel and articulation. Each link is 1-3/4" DOM tube with a .313" wall, CNC-machined bushing housings and threaded ends under a multi-stage black powder coat. The links are shaped to clear the fuel tank when the suspension is fully articulated. An FK rod end on one end pairs with a high-angle, greaseless dual-durometer bushing on the other that quiets the ride.

Will I have to cut or drill anything?
Yes, ICON's install sheet for 44100T includes drilling, cutting or trimming. Read the sheet in the Installation section below before you start, or have a shop do the work.
Billet or tubular: which should I choose?
Both replace the factory links. The billet arms are machined from 6061 aluminum; the tubular arms are welded DOM steel with PTFE-lined FK rod ends. Pick the material and look you prefer, and ask us if you want help comparing them.
Is any trimming needed?
Sometimes. Some ICON arm installs call for frame pocket trimming or trimming a pivot bolt keeper tab. The Installation section of each part shows what ICON asks for.
Does the control arm kit need other parts?
Some do. ICON lists a model-specific hardware kit as required with some of its control arm kits. Contact us and we will match the right parts to your truck.

Here's the short version. Follow ICON's install sheet (below) for your vehicle's exact steps and torque values.
- Ensure the vehicle is parked on a flat, level surface with the transmission in PARK the parking brake set and the engine turned off.
- Install the passenger side lower link first, which will require lowering the fuel tank to access the frame-side pivot bolts. Begin by disconnecting the wiring harness from the rear of the fuel tank.
- Remove the retaining clip and disconnect the fuel line. A small pick may be used to carefully pull the retaining clip.
- Use a 24mm deep socket and ratchet or driver to remove the nut from the upper link pivot bolt, frame end.
- In order to access the driver side upper link pivot bolt it is necessary to disconnect the exhaust pipe from the hanger at the rear crossmember. Begin by applying WD-40 or other spray lubricant to the rubber isolator.
- If custom pinion angle is desired you can adjust this with the vehicle on the ground. Do not adjust further than 3.375" from the center of the rod end to the edge of the billet link.

- ICON parts must go on as the complete kit shown in ICON's application guide. Swapping out or leaving off a required part voids the warranty.
- ICON repairs or replaces a defective part, at its discretion. Removal, reinstallation, freight and incidental or consequential costs are not covered, and parts that wear in normal use are not treated as defective.
- Not covered: finish (including finish marks from shipping), alterations or modifications, installation that departs from ICON's instructions, racing use, police, taxi, government or commercial vehicles, and sales outside the United States and Canada.
