Description & Fitment
This ICON Vehicle Dynamics upper control arm kit fits the front of the 2023-2026 Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon in Trail Boss and ZR2 trims. Tubular arms are CNC-bent 1026 DOM steel with a semi-gloss black powder coat, while billet arms are CNC machined 6061 aluminum in a hybrid H-beam section with FK rod ends and adjuster sleeves for on-vehicle caster and camber changes. The Delta Joint PRO swings up to 90 degrees free of bind. It is fully rebuildable, with an anodized billet cap protecting its grease fitting.

Delta Joint or Delta Joint PRO?
Both are ICON high-angle ball joints. The Delta Joint PRO is larger, fully rebuildable and allows up to 90 degrees of articulation. ICON fits the PRO to its newer kits, and each title names the joint.
Tubular or billet?
Tubular arms are DOM steel with a powder coat and built-in caster. Billet arms are machined aluminum and add on-vehicle caster and camber adjustment. Where ICON offers both, choose the build at checkout.
Will I need an alignment?
Yes. New upper control arms change the front-end geometry, and ICON calls for an alignment afterward.
What warranty applies?
ICON's upper control arms carry its Limited Lifetime Warranty. The Delta Joint has 5 years when registered within 30 days of purchase, and the Delta Joint PRO 1 year. Contact us to register or claim.

Here's the short version. Follow ICON's install sheet (below) for your vehicle's exact steps and torque values. These steps are for part 78660DJ; the other parts on this page install from their own ICON sheet below.
- Place the truck on a flat surface with the parking brake engaged, chock the rear tires.
- Remove the 10mm bolts holding the brake lines and sensor wire onto the knuckle. Also remove the speed sensor itself from the front side of the knuckle, using a T27.
- Use a floor jack to support the lower control arm and remove the lower 15mm bolts that hold the coilover to the control arm.
- Remove the (3) 18mm nuts from the top of the coilover. There is a wire loom clip on one of the factory studs, use a screw driver or small pry bar to remove it.
- Using a 21mm ratchet and 21mm wrench, loosen and remove the upper control arm from the frame mounts. Two ratchets are shown but a wrench can be used inside the coil bucket.
- Secure the harness to the UCA with the supplied M6 hardware and push the clips into the arm. Install dust cover with the supplied 3M tape.

Warranty
ICON's upper control arms carry its Limited Lifetime Warranty, and the ball joint carries its own Delta Joint or Delta Joint PRO terms.- Coverage belongs to the original retail buyer who owns the vehicle the part was first installed on.
- ICON parts must go on as the complete kit shown in ICON's application guide. Swapping out or leaving off a required part voids the warranty.
- The Delta Joint carries 5 years of coverage from the purchase date, but only when ICON's warranty registration is completed within 30 days of purchase; contact us and we will help you register. The Delta Joint PRO carries 1 year from the purchase date. Neither is transferable to a later owner, and neither applies when the joint runs with a suspension system that is not ICON's.
- ICON repairs or replaces a defective part, at its discretion. Removal, reinstallation, freight and incidental or consequential costs are not covered, and parts that wear in normal use are not treated as defective.
- Not covered: finish (including finish marks from shipping), alterations or modifications, installation that departs from ICON's instructions, racing use, police, taxi, government or commercial vehicles, and sales outside the United States and Canada.
- To claim, contact us first with your order number and a short description of the problem. We open the claim with ICON for you, and your Prestige Truck receipt is the proof of purchase ICON asks for.

Check both arms, the Delta Joints, bushings, dust caps and hardware as soon as the carton arrives, and photograph any damage before installation. Check it as soon as it arrives.- Look for crushed ends, punctures or tears in the carton.
- If something looks wrong, take photos of the box and the parts (and if a driver asks you to sign, note the damage on the receipt).
- Open the box and check the parts against the parts list before you install.
