Features
- Street looks with trail intent: ICON pitches the Alpha as a blend of on-road style and off-road ability. Besides its solid finishes, ICON also offers the 20" x 9" Alpha with milled windows on a Gloss Black or Satin Black face.
- Backspacing matched to each application: ICON sets the offset and backspacing of every Alpha size for the vehicles it lists, aiming to keep the tire well placed in the wheel well, cut scrub radius and leave steering and suspension free to move. That is why each part number fits its own group of vehicles rather than every truck with the same bolt pattern.
- Clearance for calipers and steering: ICON shapes the Alpha to clear factory brake calipers and to leave room for suspension travel and steering lock. If your vehicle runs aftermarket brakes, test fit the wheel before tires are mounted.
- Made to pair with ICON suspension: ICON designs the Alpha as a complement to an ICON Vehicle Dynamics suspension system, with its offset and backspacing set around suspension travel and steering movement. The wheel and the suspension come from the same company, ICON Vehicle Dynamics.
- Six ICON finishes to choose: The Alpha is offered here in Gun Metal; Satin Black; Gloss Black, Milled Windows; Satin Black, Milled Windows; Titanium; and Bronze. Every finish uses ICON's own name, and each one has its own listing with the sizes ICON confirms for it.
- Five, six and eight-lug patterns offered: Bolt patterns across this line: 5 x 5", 5 x 150mm, 6 x 135mm, 6 x 5.5", 8 x 6.5", 8 x 170mm and 8 x 180mm, in 17" x 8.5" and 20" x 9" sizes. The pattern alone does not decide fit; offset and backspacing must suit your vehicle too, so use the fit table on each wheel.
Description & Fitment
The ICON Alloys Alpha wheel in Satin Black comes from the wheel line of ICON Vehicle Dynamics and blends street looks with trail intent. It is offered in 17" x 8.5" and 20" x 9" sizes on five, six and eight-lug patterns, with offsets of 0mm to 19mm. Fits include Chevrolet, GMC and Ford trucks and SUVs from the Tahoe and Yukon to the Bronco, F-150 and Super Duty, along with the Dodge 2500 and 3500. Backspacing is matched to each application for caliper and steering clearance, so order the size listed for your vehicle.

Not for: years, models or bolt patterns outside those rows, and vehicles not on the list even if the bolt pattern matches, because offset and backspacing are set per application. The same Alpha in other finishes: Gun Metal (8 part numbers, e.g. 1217857347GM), Gloss Black, Milled Windows (5 part numbers, e.g. 1220905556GBMW), Satin Black, Milled Windows (4 part numbers, e.g. 1220905556SBMW), Titanium (3 part numbers, e.g. 1217857347TT) and Bronze (2 part numbers, e.g. 1217857347BR).
About ICON Vehicle Dynamics
ICON Vehicle Dynamics designs and builds performance suspension for trucks and SUVs at its shop in Riverside, California. Engineering is led by Dylan Evans, its head engineer and a SCORE champion driver, and ICON tests its parts on the street, on the trail and under race conditions.
ICON's engineers begin with the result they want from a vehicle, then study the forces acting on it in motion, which is where the name Vehicle Dynamics comes from. Fabrication stays in ICON's own shop, from laser cutting and metal forming to CNC machining, welding and final assembly. ICON calls its suspension systems and shock absorbers the top choice for popular trucks and SUVs.
Authorized ICON Vehicle Dynamics dealer. Prestige Truck is an authorized ICON Vehicle Dynamics dealer, so every ICON part we sell is new and genuine. ICON's warranty is for the original retail buyer, on the vehicle the part was first installed on. Keep your Prestige Truck order receipt: we use it when we take a claim to ICON for you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which Alpha part number fits my Ford Expedition?
For the 2014-2024 Ford Expedition, ICON lists 1217856350SB (17" x 8.5", 6 x 135mm, 6mm offset, 5" backspacing) or 1220906356SB (20" x 9", 6 x 135mm, 16mm offset, 5.625" backspacing) in this finish. Send us your VIN if you want us to confirm it before you order.
How do I know this Alpha suits my vehicle's load?
ICON says the wheel and its tire must meet or exceed your vehicle's required load rating, shown on the placard in the driver's door jamb. Send us your vehicle details and we will confirm the match.
How do I pick the right Alpha part number?
Start from your year and model in the fit table on the wheel's page. Each part number is one size, bolt pattern, offset and backspacing combination that ICON matches to specific vehicles, so a matching bolt pattern alone is not enough. Send us your VIN if you want a second check.
How are the wheels installed?
Have a tire shop mount and balance the tires, and torque the lug nuts to the figure in your vehicle owner's manual.
Are lug nuts, center caps or TPMS sensors included?
ICON's listings for these wheels do not say that lug nuts or TPMS sensors come in the box, so plan to reuse yours or buy them separately. Ask us before you order if your vehicle needs specific lug hardware.
What does the ICON Alloys warranty cover?
ICON Alloys covers structural failure for as long as the original buyer owns the wheel, and painted finish defects for two years (chrome finish for one year). Finish corrosion from neglect, chemicals or weather is excluded. Contact us to start a claim.

Warranty
ICON Alloys covers its wheels with a limited warranty to the original retail buyer, and we handle any claim with ICON for you.- Structure: ICON Alloys covers the wheel against structural failure under normal, intended use while the original retail buyer still owns it.
- Finish: painted finish defects are covered for 2 years and chrome finish defects for 1 year, counted from the original purchase date.
- If ICON's inspection finds a failure in normal use caused by a defect in material or workmanship, ICON repairs or replaces the wheel at its discretion. Removal and installation costs are not covered.
- Not covered: finish corrosion caused by neglect, chemicals or harsh weather. Coverage ends if the original buyer sells or transfers the wheel.
- ICON's safety warning: the wheel and the tire mounted on it must both meet or exceed the load rating your vehicle calls for.
- To claim, contact us first with your order number and a short description of the problem. ICON asks that wheel claims go through the dealer that sold them, so we open the claim with ICON for you and your Prestige Truck receipt serves as proof of purchase.
