The RetraxONE XR is a manual retractable tonneau cover built from a single sheet of aluminum-reinforced polycarbonate, so there are no hinges, joints or slats to work loose over time. It rides on the CoreTrax track system and rolls into a compact canister at the front of the bed, letting you open as much of the bed as you need and lock the cover right there with a key. Integrated T-slot rails along both sides accept racks, crossbars, cargo carriers and tents, so gear can ride above the bed while whatever is below stays covered and dry. Features

One Sheet, No Hinges or Slats
The panel is a single piece of aluminum-reinforced polycarbonate with no hinges, joints or slats to become weak points. Aluminum side rails and tracks carry it. A spiral track in the compact canister keeps the panel from rubbing as it rolls up.

Press the Button, Lift One-Handed
Opening takes one hand. Flip the latch up, thumb the button and the handle springs into your grip, so one arm runs the cover back. Sealed CoreTrax ball bearings need no lubrication and ride in a track built to resist jamming and freezing.

Drains Water Out of the Bed
The one-piece panel has no hinges, joints or slats and therefore no weak spots along its length. The water management system seals the cover tight and routes water into integrated tubes that carry it out of the bed, so cargo stays dry.

Lock It at Any Position
The cover does not need to be fully closed to be secure. Stop it wherever the load requires, turn the key and it stays put, so gear can be cinched between the cover and the tailgate while the rest of the bed stays locked.

T-Slot Rails Come Standard
Both side rails carry an integrated T-slot channel, so compatible racks, crossbars, cargo carriers and tents from other brands mount directly to the cover's own rails. Gear rides above the bed while the cover keeps working underneath. Racks and accessories are sold separately.

Warranty, Shipping & Returns

Warranty. The RetraxONE XR carries a one year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, counted from the original purchase date and valid for the first owner only. Damage from accidents, neglect, improper installation or use outside the instructions is not covered. Lubricating the rails or ball bearings, cleaning with anything other than mild automotive soap and water or towing the truck from the rear with the cover fitted will also void it. Approved claims are handled by repair or replacement at the manufacturer's option and a return authorization number is required before anything is sent back.

Free shipping. This item ships free to the lower 48 states. Because it is an oversized item, it ships by freight or oversized parcel and typically arrives in 3 to 7 business days.
