Features

Open With the Tailgate Up
You do not have to drop the tailgate to reach your gear. The RetraxPRO MX and the tailgate work independently, so open either one first and close them in whatever order suits the job. It is a manual cover with no motor or wiring.

Holds Open at Any Position
The TraxLatch handle is not limited to fixed stops. Release it, slide the slats where you want them and the cover holds there. You can also cinch gear between the cover's edge and the tailgate so it cannot shift.

Double-Wall Aluminum Slats, 500 lb
A matte black powder coat resists scratches and matches the truck's finish. Each slat is double-wall aluminum, the source of the cover's rigidity and security. Loaded evenly, the closed cover carries up to 500 lb.

Key-Lockable TraxLatch Handle
The handle sits flush with the cover. Turn the key and the cover is locked for added theft resistance. Underneath, CoreTrax sealed rollers carry the slats, which is what keeps opening and closing smooth.

Sealed, Drained and Weather Tested
The water management system seals along the rails and its drain tubes carry runoff away from your cargo. Retrax tests the cover from -40°F to 180°F with humidity up to 95 percent, using parts that resist freezing and binding.

Coverage ends if the cover is damaged in an accident, neglected, installed or serviced incorrectly, cleaned with strong chemicals or lubricated on the rails or sealed bearings. Towing the truck from the rear with the cover fitted or driving with unsecured cargo also voids it. Approved claims are repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's option once a return authorization number has been issued, with shipping charges payable by the owner.
