Retrax covers the RetraxPRO XR with a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase; it goes to the original purchaser and does not transfer if the truck is sold. An accident, neglect, unforeseeable use, improper installation or improper servicing voids the warranty. Lubricating the rails or sealed ball bearings, cleaning with anything stronger than mild automotive soap, driving with unsecured cargo or towing the truck from the rear with the cover fitted will also void it. Defective parts are repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's option once a return authorization number is issued, and shipping charges apply.

Free shipping. This item ships free to the lower 48 states. Because it is an oversized item, it ships by freight or oversized parcel and typically arrives in 3 to 7 business days.
