Description & Fitment
TeraFlex's 2.5" Sport ST2 Suspension System is for 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK 2-door owners who want highway stability and trail performance in one kit. On top of the lift coil springs, bump stops and front sway bar quick disconnects found in every Sport ST system, it adds preset front lower Sport Control Arms to balance caster and pinion angles. An HD Forged Adjustable Front Track Bar and rear track bar bracket center the axles and cut body roll, while the extra clearance makes room for larger tires. Shocks are not included, so longer shocks are required.

Installation

Here's the short version. Follow TeraFlex's install sheet (below) for your Jeep's exact steps and torque values.
- Front: support the axle, drop the front driveline at the axle (15mm) and the track bar at the axle (21mm), unclip the ABS lines, slide the breather tube clip 3" down the shock tower, then lower the axle, remove the springs and the upper bump stops.
- Drill a 3/8" hole in the center of each front axle spring pad, fit the extended bump stops (cup extension marking to the front), and install the TeraFlex springs and Speedbump pads over the factory isolators.
- Swap the front lower control arms for the Sport FlexArms on the original hardware, fit the front spring retainers at 30 ft-lbs where the kit has 3.3 Falcon shocks, and mount the brake line anchors and shocks (p6).
- On 2012 and newer Wranglers install the exhaust spacer kit (2007-2011 skip this); refit the front driveline with thread locker at 15 ft-lbs (p7).
- Rear: support the axle, remove the shocks, axle-side track bar bolt, sway bar links and parking brake cable hanger, lower the axle to swap the springs, install the rear track bar bracket, sway bar links (59 ft-lbs, p10), Speedbumps and lower bump stop pads (200 in-lbs, p11), then cycle the sway bar to check brake line clearance.
- Center the steering with the drag link (sleeve 26 ft-lbs), fit the wheels (85-125 ft-lbs), lower the Jeep and at ride height torque the control arms, track bars, brackets and all remaining bolts; re-torque after 100 miles and every 3,000 miles.

TeraFlex covers the control arms, coil springs, bump stops, track bars and sway bar parts in its Sport ST systems for life against defects in materials and workmanship, and paint and powder coat finishes for 90 days (defects only). TeraFlex's warranty list names no separate term for coil spring spacers or drop brackets, so contact us if you need that term before ordering.- TeraFlex extends its limited warranty only to the consumer who first bought the product, and only on the vehicle the part was first installed on. It does not pass to a later owner.
- Coverage starts on the purchase date and does not restart if a part is repaired or replaced.
- For a covered defect, TeraFlex will either repair or replace the product (or the faulty part) free of charge or refund the purchase price, at its discretion, and it pays the freight to send a repaired or replacement part back to you.
- Not covered: damage from transportation, storage, improper use, skipped instructions or preventive maintenance, modifications, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, product finish, improper installation or maintenance, racing or competition, or accidents, abuse and neglect. Improper installation, poor maintenance, racing or competition use, and neglect or abuse void the warranty.
- Paint and powder coat finishes carry 90 days of defect coverage only, not wear from use.
- Claims: contact us first. Keep your proof of purchase or original invoice; removing the part from the vehicle and the inbound shipping are the owner's responsibility.

Inspect on delivery
A lift system can arrive in several boxes. Match every box and hardware pack to the part lists in the TeraFlex instructions before you start, and contact us right away about anything missing or damaged. Check it as soon as it arrives.- Look for crushed ends, punctures or tears in the carton.
- If something looks wrong, take photos of the box and the parts (and if a driver asks you to sign, note the damage on the receipt).
- Open the box and check the parts against the parts list before you install.
