Description & Fitment
The TeraFlex Tera CRD60 HD Rear Axle is a complete heavy-duty rear axle for the TJ Wrangler and LJ Wrangler Unlimited, Rubicon included. It comes as a 63.5" semi-float axle with a 5x5.5" bolt pattern and a rear disc brake conversion, or a 67" full-float axle with an 8x6.5" pattern and 13.5" big rotors (listed for 3"-6" lift). Each is offered bare (no ring and pinion, locker or carrier) or loaded with an ARB locker and your gear ratio.

Do I need other parts?
TeraFlex says 3"-6" of lift requires adjustable control arms for caster, and the full-float versions require driveshaft changes.
What does the bare version include?
The no-gear versions include the outer axles, bearings, inner shafts and sensors; you add the ring and pinion, locker and carrier.
How do I pick the right part number?

TeraFlex covers its axle assemblies and axle housings, axle shafts and full-float conversion kits for 1 year against defects in materials and workmanship.- TeraFlex extends its limited warranty only to the consumer who first bought the product, and only on the vehicle the part was first installed on. It does not pass to a later owner.
- Coverage starts on the purchase date and does not restart if a part is repaired or replaced.
- For a covered defect, TeraFlex will either repair or replace the product (or the faulty part) free of charge or refund the purchase price, at its discretion, and it pays the freight to send a repaired or replacement part back to you.
- Not covered: damage from transportation, storage, improper use, skipped instructions or preventive maintenance, modifications, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, product finish, improper installation or maintenance, racing or competition, or accidents, abuse and neglect. Improper installation, poor maintenance, racing or competition use, and neglect or abuse void the warranty.
- Paint and powder coat finishes carry 90 days of defect coverage only, not wear from use.
- Claims: contact us first. Keep your proof of purchase or original invoice; removing the part from the vehicle and the inbound shipping are the owner's responsibility.
