If you drive a 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra with the 8'2" (97.6") box, this is the Lo Pro cut for it. Choose it for trucks with Toyota's factory deck rail system. A single trigger latch frees the cover; roll it forward and fasten both straps for a nearly open bed, or slide the header guides back and lift the cover off with no tools. Inside-mount rails keep the profile low; closed, the top sits 3/4" proud of the bed rails. Leather-grain, tear-resistant vinyl on top, and a patented spring tensioner underneath that keeps it tight from season to season. TruXedo stands behind it with a limited lifetime warranty for the first owner. TruXedo describes the install as clamp-on and Level 1; the install sheet for this version is on request, so contact us before fitting it.

Check your bed: measure along the top of the bed rail, from the front wall of the bed to the inside of the closed tailgate. TruXedo lists this bed as 8'2", about 97.6". Some catalogs call the same box 8'; the inch figure is what counts.
Not for: the 6'7" box (545701, 545801); trucks without the factory deck rail system (546701); the 5'7" box (563701, 563801).
TruXedo makes roll-up and folding tonneau covers. The range spans soft vinyl and canvas roll-ups, a fold-up-front roll-up and hard roll-ups built on aluminum slats.
The Lo Pro is TruXedo's vinyl roll-up built around inside-the-bed rails, which is where its low closed profile comes from. TruXedo calls it the top-selling roll-up tonneau cover, and TruXedo makes it in more than 120 truck-specific versions.

Yes, if your truck has the 8'2" bed (about 97.6"), with Toyota's factory deck rail system. To check, measure along the top of the bed rail, from the front wall of the bed to the inside of the closed tailgate. The 6'7" box takes 545701; the 5'7" box takes 563701.
Look along the inside top of the bed walls: the deck rail system is a factory aluminum channel with sliding tie-down cleats. This part is for trucks with it. The non-deck-rail version is 546701.
Closed, the cover sits 3/4" above the bed rails, because the side rails mount inside the bed instead of on top. TruXedo says no other soft roll-up sits lower.
It is built to: rubber seals close the bulkhead and tailgate ends and hook-and-loop seals both sides, so press the hook-and-loop home every time you close it. TruXedo says plainly that the cover is not airtight, so protect cargo that must stay dry. Some water can pool on top because the bows sit flat; it runs off once you drive. Brush snow and ice off with a broom, never a sharp tool, before you open it.
Yes. Roll it all the way to the cab and fasten both retainer straps, and you can drive with the bed open. Never drive with it partly open; that is one of TruXedo's warranty conditions. On most versions you can also lift the whole cover off without tools using the quick-release system.
Not on most trucks: the rails clamp or bolt to factory points. The exception is the GMC Sierra 1500 with the CarbonPro bed (574301), where TruXedo's supplement has you drill through the plastic bed caps, and the fit data also flags one 1999-2005 GM Stepside part (551101) as requiring drilling, which TruXedo's sheet doesn't show, so we confirm that one with TruXedo before you install. Each version's page says which applies.

Fit great and was fairly easy to install considering this is my first truck. It looks good and keeps the bed dry. A small amount of water gets in at the car wash, but you cant do much about that. Love the lower profile compared to a lot of covers I see out on the road. There also seems to be less flutter out on the highway than some other covers I see.
I’ve only had it installed for about 3 weeks, so far I’m very happy , looks great , fits great, convenient, however the rubber gasket along the bed rails bulges up where the clamps are installed, any suggestions?
product came no damage ,install was a breeze all parts fit as shipped ,but did trim box liner a 1 inch square cut out each end but expected that ass no info referring to having a pre installed box liner is mentioned on site during purchase. have no leaks and is very simple to remove and reinstall seems so far a very good product for my needs

I like it. Went together easy once the side rails were on, I'd suggest a second person just to hold those in place while getting the clamps in place but other than that it was simple. Good quality.

Like the product overall, having the multi pro tailgate on my gmc. The handle that raises and clicks up, will still go up however it hits the railing that attaches to the bed making it bend/raise to utilize the handle. Talked to them and the option was to remove the handle. Having spent upper 60s on the 22 gmc 1500, I didn’t think that was a good solution to just remove it. It wasn’t very clear that was going to be the situation prior to purchase. Everything else I like about it.
Wish the side rail was a bit wider, it would make it more stable when clamped on. I can see that over time the Velcro lip will tend to flatten out and allow the cover to sag. Other than that I truly think it is worth the price.
As a daily driver, this was one of the first mods on my ‘26 JT. I thought the instructions were great and the installation was a breeze. The only thing that complicated my installation was locating the mounting holes through my BedRug, but it was still easy. I don’t notice any fluttering going down the road and the cargo area seems to stay pretty dry. Truxedo has been in the game for many years so I’m hoping to have this cover quite awhile.
Installation took much longer than their estimated time. Instructions for first time cover installers are not the best. That being said, and being very particular and exact with my installation, I could not be happier. I could not believe it, but so far it is 100% water tight through car washes and heavy rains. To be determined once the foam fittings begin to wear and go through harsh winters and extreme heat in summers. To assist with tailgate seal, the latch needs opened when closing the tailgate. This is not an issue and a quick snap down of the end of the cover seals the end to the top on the tailgate. It looks great and is very sleek.
So far the product shows excellent quality. The installation was easy.
I decided to put a roll bar on my truck and I didn’t want to modify my current cover so when I saw the Truxedo Lo pro it instantly clicked. This will give me a great look and it certainly did and it’s durable love it

This is my second truck with the TruXedo Lo Pro Tonneau Cover. I would highly recommend this product.
This cover was not easy to install. After installation I noticed that it leaks in every corner of the truck bed. I bought extra foam tape and added it to the problem areas but it’s still not really watertight.
I found the kit easy to install and it looks great on my truck. I took my time to make sure everything was correct and was done in about three hours.
Super easy to install, I have the track system in my bed an it was literally a quick 10min plug and play. It has been raining quite a lot lately and it’s dry as a bone in the bed. For the price and quality you can’t beat it!
I installed this myself in less than 45 minutes. Pay attention to positioning the clamps so the rails lay flat. The quality and design of this is excellent. We have just gone from hot weather to cold here in under a week and the automatic adjustment is keeping the cover adjusted correctly. Being able to remove the tarp and header bar completely is important to me for fifth wheel towing, works great!
Perfect fit for my 2023 Gladiator. Cover material seems to be a great match for my Jeep top and adds that finishing touch to bed. Minimal, if any, water seepage into bed during wash. Glad I paid a little more for the Truxedo brand.
I've only had it installed for 2 months. That said, the craftsmanship appears to me to be high quality. I am greatly satisfied with style and functionality. This is what it looks like dirty.

For being a picky person and very fussy about quality work I was Very pleased with fit and finish and how easy the install was. Excellent quality. Lifetime warranty. An extra set of clamps wouldn't hurt.

The Lo Pro looks great great and fits snugly ensuring all your cargo stays dry. Made from quality materials in the USA. Installation was a bit different on a Jeep than a GM truck but all the brackets fit perfectly and only took a a little time.
This is a good option to cover your gear. Not overly expensive and easy to install. The quality seems less than top notch. I lost the rubber end cap in the rear support bar almost right away. They aren't fastened in with anything. I think if i did it again I'd go with an upgrade like a retractable top.
Put on new roll up cover on my 23 Tacoma 6’ bed. Buddy and I did it in 30 minutes. Very well engineered. Everything fits perfectly. Love the rubber seal around the edges. Looks great. I would recommend to anyone.
Really like the new lo pro tonneau cover well made and easy to install
THIS COVER is what I needed for my application. The photo here is what the cover looks like on a typical day. The install was a bit tricky due to the bed liner I have. One of the clamps slid down into the stake bed pocket and is now permanently under the bed. I made do with a piece of treated 2x. I brought the cover because of the single-lever latch. It opens and closes easily, I wanted that. I definitely would buy again it is a nice cover.
Installed a LoPro soft rollup cover about two years ago on a '25 Ford Maverick. Nothing but good things to say; it's all but watertight, even in a derecho storm in August. Installation was a breeze and has required no adjustments. It is well worth the money.
I was a little hesitant about a soft cover but the Truxedo LoPro has been great its quality and durability is what I would have expected for a more expensive model. I’m refurbishing this 97 F150 and it really cleans it up
Well worth the $$$ spent, quality of the cover is excellent.
The tuxedo cover was delivered on time and quickly. It was a very simple install that took less than an hour. Fits perfectly and looks great in the truck. It does not leak a drop in heavy rain or when washing the truck.

The Truxedo was a perfect fit for our 2023 Tacoma. It looks custom made. The materials are heavy duty, and installation was easy.
This is nowhere near the quality of some older versions of this same cover I have had. This one leaks everywhere and has issues becoming unlatched at highway speeds

Only one problem, the little rubber flap that fits over tailgate top buckles under every time t/g is closed! Requires prying out with thin tool to keep rain from entering!🙄 still gave 5- Stars because I love everything else about it, but getting to be PIA.

Upon unpacking and inspection, we found a defect in one of the rails. We called and customer service was very helpful and sent out a new rail. The cover looks great on my 2012 Silverado crew cab truck

This is my 3rd Truxedo on 3 different Trucks and I wouldn't switch to another brand. The Truxedo is tough, durable and keeps my truck bed dry. We live in blizzard country and this cover works excellent.

Installation really needs 2 people but it fits well and definitely keeps water out. Much easier to use the bed without having to remove 3 large, rigid panels.
The roll up tonneau cover looks sleek, helps with gas mileage, and gives plenty space for storage during traveling. It is weather tight, and It locks when the truck is locked. It fits perfectly and rolls up all the way to the truck cab for hauling large items.
The cover looked like it would be very nice, however it could not be installed because I had a bedliner.
This was a fathers day/ birthday gift to my father who bought himself a new truck. Must say, this was definitely an easy and smooth install and even videos to show you how to install your tonneau cover step by step, and it only took approximately 30-45 mins overall. We got rain the following day and the bed of the truck was totally dry inside so that told us we installed it correctly. Looks great and would recommend this product
The lo pro roll up bed cover gives me full access to the bed and doesn’t block my view out the back window. The lifetime warranty gives me confidence in its quality of materials used to build it.
Im sure the product is great this is my second one but, I ordered where it would be delivered a couple days before a vacation and it showed up a few days after we left so I don't really have a need for b it right now. Its just sitting in the box.
This is my 3rd tonneau cover different truck has some very nice stuff that my others didn’t have, inserts between the bed rail and plastic bed caps to keep thing square when putting on clamps, the clamp that uses the stake pocket was a great addition, plenty of seal to keep the water out, wanted a cover inside bed rail I have American flag stake pocket cover which I wanted seen an over rail cover would cover those , great product easy instructions, replacement parts list in instructions in case down the road you need some part to keep your cover working

While installation is a little different than over the rail models, as long as you take your time and read the instructions properly, then its easy enough. Once on, the cover works like a champ and looks fantastic. I love that it has tension screws with springs to help keep it tight even as it ages.
I received my tonneau cover in 2 days and on a Sunday that was impressive. It was packaged very well. The installation was quick and easy. Looks better than I expected, it gave my truck a clean look. I'm very pleased with the product, I would definitely recommend this tonneau cover.

At first, my husband had a couple of issues with the installation. But, he called and the person who helped him was fantastic. (wish I had her name) She did a facetime with him so she could see what he was seeing and told him how to adjust it and then it worked fine.
The install is one of the easiest I’ve ever done. As for the product, has held up in the snow, ice, and rain with no leaks. Very nice material and sturdy pieces.

This is the 2nd one that I have owned. It fit really well on my 2017 Frontier but is loose on my 2026. It seems the front end of the installation can’t be tightened which makes the roll up a bit awkward sometimes. Perhaps you can send me some ideas on what I may be doing wrong.

The cover works great. I was concerned that the vecro might not work as well but it works great. The only concern i have is the water guard at the tail gate does not cover the tail gate when closing the gate

I have had a chance to use my cover for about 3 weeks. Install was pretty fast and easy. I really like it and buy it again.
A little tough to install but excellent cover
Some of the parts are cheap haf to go to the hardware store to find different parts. Had to dill bigger hole in the bed of the truck so the stock parts would fit. Wish I would of went with a different cover. I don't recommend this one.
Quality is there however the installation instructions are junk. I threw them in the garbage after 30 min of looking at them and realizing the theee different sets of instructions were not worth the paper they were written on. Got it installed and it looks nice and seems to seal up well.
I have this cover on my Sierra and love it. On my sons Canyon it’s not wide enough…. It’s about 2” not wide enough…

Rain water builds up and is ruining the supports
I wish both sides had a lock and the weather stripping was a little better at the front. But i was able to add some to make it seal better. Other then that it is a nice looking cover for sure
I purchased a Truxedo soft roll up cover for my truck in 2012. I used the cover on another truck in 2017 until I recently traded the truck. The overall quality of the old cover was much better than the one I just put on a new truck. The vinyl was probably twice as thick and the components were much better quality on the old cover. I would not purchase another one but will see how the new one holds up. I'm not sure how a 13 year old cover looks better than a new one. Overall disappointed but I wasn't sure any other brands would be better since this was rated as a good quality brand. I would not buy this model again.
It works. Not a big fan of the roll ups, but, this one works I guess? Really wanted a firmer more secure top, but that’s not possible without modifications. Buy it unless you can find something else that works?
Cover looked nice but it leaked really bad all a round. With the information I had the leak was unstoppable.
A great looking cover and is easy to use now that it's on our truck (a 2020 Ford Ranger), but it was super frustrating to install given the limited and inaccurate directions. The directions didn't seem to match our truck. The print outs we got made Ikea instruction booklets look like a Webster's Dictionary. For as much as you pay for this cover, you'd expect to get a decent set of instructions.
Wish I had went with the lo-profile hard tonneau cover instead. This one isn’t as lo-pro as I was hoping.
Repackaged and missing pieces. Disappointed
The cover is made from different materials than the three previous ones that I purchased, much cheaper material. It isn’t cut to fit the box of, narrow in the front end wide in the back end. It does not roll up good, the sides fall in as I try to roll it up neatly and evenly.
Easy install but I took it back off twice trying to get the seals to fit/look better. Appearance is OK but it leaks at all four corners going thru car wash. Also causes problem with the tailgate opening & closing properly. Can't open tailgate with key fob. Wouldn't buy again.

I installed this cover on a 2010 f-150. Installation was very easy. Haven't had it very long but really like the looks and the functional aspects of the cover. Yes I would recommend this product.
warrenty wont cover car wash use
Installed the Truxedo Lo Pro Tonneau on my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was excited by the good reviews plus it looks great. Then the rain came. I'm sorry to report the thing is practically useless in the rain. Leaks at the forward corners and the sides to the point that I might as well take it off....which I will probably do. It was installed per the instructions but it is the design of gasketing at the forward corners the allows for a significant gap that lets in water. I didn't expect it to be completely waterproof, but I did expect reasonably dry storage conditions. Even though it is relatively inexpensive compared to hard covers, it's still a significant outlay of cash and should do what it is supposed to. I feel like I spent a lot of money and will have to spend more to make this cover usable.
Worst experience ever with a bed cover.
Not happy with product. Instructions are not good, it’s a low profile but they don’t tell you that you need to remove the cargo rails to install it. The rubber blocks to seal the tailgate are too big so you can’t close the tailgate, so now you don’t use them. And it leaks from where the missing blocks are supposed to be and various places along the rail. Can’t keep stuff dry in the bed, but at least It looks good. I have a 2500 power wagon with the ram box.
The bed cover seems to made of quality material, but it is an awful fit. it leaks in ever corner, and will not seat flush with the bed.

The tonneau is nice. Easy to install once you get the right parts. They sent me a short bed cover with the correct 6.5' length side rails.
Little difficult to install but not too bad
I got this cover, because I wanted one that would roll up and easily be out of the way while giving me access to the entire length of the bed. I also got it because of the lower cost. My only negative comments are that it was a little difficult to install by myself, so I would strongly recommend at least two people on the install. I got it done, but it took a lot longer than it would’ve taken with two people. Second, the spring adjustment is a grea idea, but not the easiest thing to see when trying to confirm if the tension is correct. Overall, very happy with the product.

Although it looks great, for what it cost I was hoping it wouldn't allow much water into the truck bed. It's my first cover so I can't say if it's a good value.
Good looking cover . Fits and seals well. Not being able to close the tailgate without the cover unlatched takes some getting used to. Installation was very easy.

Easy to install. It does keep the bed dry, have gone through 5-6 car washes and no water inside. The roll-up cover allows for complete access to the bed which is nice. I keep my cover on most of the time. If I did roll it up on a regular basis (every day or every other day) I would go with a hard cover.
