It is the full grille guard with uprights and headlamp guards for the Trans4mer Gen III mounting system, in 2" heavy-gauge steel tube with black powder coat, made in the USA. Warn says it adds protection for the OE bumper, winch, grille, headlights and fenders, and welded tabs take auxiliary lights. It bolts to the Trans4mer Gen III bracket kit and winch carrier, sold separately, with no drilling and the mounting hardware included.

Not on every truck. Warn's fit notes say it is not compatible with adaptive cruise control on 2021 Ford F-150; check the fit table for your truck.
