Not on every truck. Warn's fit notes say it is not compatible with adaptive cruise control on several of the listed trucks; check the fit table for your truck.

A Trans4mer Gen III bracket kit for your truck (part 1), sold separately; Warn lists this carrier with the 108001 (Ford Super Duty) and 108004 (Ram HD) bracket kits. The winch is sold separately.
