Description & Fitment
The Warn ZEON 8-S (89305) is an 8,000 lb, 12-volt winch from Warn's premium ZEON line. It has automotive-grade busbars in place of loose wires, full metal armor over its vital parts, IP68 waterproofing and a convertible control pack, and comes with 100' of 3/8" Spydura synthetic rope, a large-radius polished aluminum hawse fairlead and a wired remote. Warn designs, engineers and assembles it in the USA and backs it with a limited lifetime mechanical and seven year electrical warranty. Vehicle fit comes from the Warn mount it bolts to, sold separately.
Fitment & Compatibility
Fit: universal winch. It needs a Warn winch mount, winch carrier or winch-ready bumper for your vehicle (sold separately).
Choose the right version: ZEON 8 with steel rope (88980) or ZEON 8-S with Spydura synthetic rope (89305), both 8,000 lb. ZEON Platinum models (92815, 92820) add the wireless remote and accessory ports.

Synthetic or steel rope?
This is the synthetic-rope ZEON 8-S. The ZEON 8 (88980) is the same 8,000 lb winch with 100' of 5/16" steel rope and a roller fairlead.
Does it come with a mount?
No. Warn sells winch mounts, carriers and winch-ready bumpers separately; the mount for your vehicle is what fits the winch.
Is a remote included?
Yes. Warn includes a wired remote with the ZEON 8-S.
What does the line pull rating mean?
Warn rates line pull on the first layer of rope on the drum. Pull drops as more layers of rope build up, so use a snatch block for heavy recoveries.
How is it covered?

- Open the box and check the parts against the parts list before you install.
