- Quick no-load line speed: Warn credits the XD's high-performance motor and geartrain with the fastest line speed in its class. Each model's chart, from no load up to full rated pull, is in the Specifications.
- Sealed to IP68 and IP69K: Warn rates the whole XD IP68 against submersion and IP69K against high-pressure spray, so river crossings and a pressure-washer clean-up are within its ratings.
- Full metal armor: Metal armor wraps the XD's components to fend off impacts and trail debris, the kind of knocks a winch on the front bumper takes.

Rated for 14,000 lb, part 110014 is the heaviest ZEON XD, with 80' of Spydura Pro synthetic rope in 3/8" and a large-radius forged hawse. Warn's chart lists 27 ft/min with no load and 2 ft/min at full load, at 468 amps.
Fitment & Compatibility
Choose the right version: XD 12-S (12,000 lb): 110012; XD 10-S (10,000 lb, 100' Spydura): 110010. With live feedback and status lighting, the ZEON XP 14-S: 110140.
Not included: the mounting plate, which Warn's installation guide shows as sold separately.

Warn charts 7,563 lb on the fifth layer, against 14,000 lb on the first.
What mounting plate do I need?
Warn's ZEON XD Installation Guide shows the winch on a mounting plate that is sold separately. Use a plate or bumper drilled to the 10" x 4.5" four-bolt pattern, with class 8.8 metric (grade 5) or better bolts.
What torque do the mounting bolts take?
Warn's guide prints 41 to 47 Nm (30-35 ft-lb) on its mounting page. It also says never to weld the mounting bolts and to check bolt length so the threads engage properly.
Can I control it without the cord?
The control pack has a HUB wireless receiver built in, so the XD can pair with Warn's HUB wireless control. A 12' corded remote is supplied as well.
When should the wiring go on?
Last. Warn says to finish mounting the winch and attaching the hook before you install the wiring, then connect red only to the battery's positive terminal and black only to the negative.

Before mounting, check the winch, rope, hawse fairlead, corded remote and battery leads for shipping damage, then read Warn's ZEON XD Installation Guide and Quick Start Guide, which cover mounting, wiring and the first system check. Check it as soon as it arrives.- Look for crushed ends, punctures or tears in the carton.
- If something looks wrong, take photos of the box and the parts (and if a driver asks you to sign, note the damage on the receipt).
- Open the box and check the parts against the parts list before you install.
