The ZEON XP 14-S is the highest-capacity winch Warn builds, and it is aimed at the trucks where a recovery is a serious event: 3/4-ton and 1-ton pickups, camper rigs, and heavy expedition builds that weigh more loaded than most people's tow vehicles. Fourteen thousand pounds of single-line pull comes out of the proven ZEON XD motor and 3-stage planetary geartrain, running at 26.1 ft/min with no load and 2.1 ft/min at the full rating. What makes it an XP is what happens while you pull: the smart wired remote and the built-in HUB wireless receiver report motor temperature, line load and battery voltage live, the clutch drops into free spool from the remote and re-engages automatically when you power in or out, and the drum and accent lighting changes color with winch status. At this capacity the feedback matters more, not less, because the loads that heat-soak a motor and flatten a battery arrive faster. Sealed to IP68 and IP69K, wrapped in an aluminum chassis and outer armor, and shipped with 80' of 3/8" Spydura Pro rope, a forged black hawse fairlead and a black Epic hook.

Features
14,000 lb, the Top of Warn's Range Fourteen thousand pounds of single-line pull is what a 3/4-ton, a 1-ton or a camper-carrying expedition truck needs to recover itself rather than wait for a tow. Warn's sizing guidance is roughly 1.5 times the vehicle's loaded weight, which puts this model over rigs around the 9,000 lb mark with real margin left.
Feedback That Matters More at High Capacity The XP reports motor temperature, line load and battery voltage live on the smart remote and in the HUB app. On a 14,000 lb pull those numbers move fast: the motor heat-soaks sooner and the battery sags harder than they do on a 10,000 lb winch, so being able to watch both and pause at the right moment is worth more here than anywhere else in the range.
Class-Exclusive Remote-Activated Clutch Free spool from the remote or the app rather than walking to the bumper, with automatic re-engagement the moment you power the winch in or out, and a manual lever still fitted as a backup. On a heavy truck parked at an awkward angle, not having to crawl to the front of it is a genuine safety improvement.
Dynamic Status Lighting Drum and accent lights change color with winch status and the remote's LED matches, so the winch's state reads at a glance and the rigging area is lit at night.
Same Footprint as the Rest of the Line The 14-S gets its capacity from gearing rather than a bigger housing, so it stays 23.89" long and 10.52" tall on the standard 10" x 4.5" 4-bolt pattern and drops into the same mounts as the 10-S and 12-S. Motor draw is 65 amps free-running and 482 amps at rated pull.
Sealed to IP68 and IP69K Automotive-grade O-ring seals run through the motor, geartrain and control pack, and the complete winch carries an IP68 submersion rating and an IP69K high-pressure spray rating, with OEM-grade corrosion protection on the finish and fasteners.
Spydura Pro Rope and Epic Hook Included The 3/8" Spydura Pro rope carries heat-resistant inner wraps under its abrasion sleeve, which is the detail that counts when the cone brake is putting heat into the drum on a long 14,000 lb pull. Warn's black Epic hook and hook strap are included rather than sold separately.

Fit guidance: This is a universal-fit winch, not a vehicle-specific kit. It uses the industry-standard 10" x 4.5" 4-bolt pattern and shares the ZEON XD and XP footprint at 23.89" long and 10.52" tall, so it drops into the same winch bumpers, plates and mounts as the smaller models with no extra clearance needed. What changes at this capacity is the load path: confirm the mount, its hardware and the frame mounting points are rated for a 14,000 lb pull. The mount is sold separately, and hidden or stubby-bumper installs want the low-profile ZEON XC line instead.

Installation
Type: Bolt-in to a winch mount, plate or bumper with the standard 10" x 4.5" 4-bolt pattern; wiring direct to the battery · Time: About 1 to 2 hours · Tools: Metric socket set, torque wrench, battery terminal wrench; a second person to lift the winch into the mount · Difficulty: Intermediate, DIY-friendly with basic electrical experience
Set the winch into the mount, torque the four bolts to the figures in the Warn manual, fit the fairlead, then route the battery leads clear of the exhaust and any moving steering or suspension components. Because this winch can pull 14,000 lb, verify the mount, its hardware and the frame attachment are rated for it before the first recovery. Pair the HUB wireless receiver to the Warn HUB app and confirm the remote-activated clutch works before the bumper goes back on, then cycle the winch in and out under no load.

About Warn
Warn Industries has been building vehicle recovery equipment since 1948, when the company's locking hub turned surplus military Jeeps into usable civilian vehicles. Winches followed, and for most of the last half-century a Warn winch has been the default answer on a truck bumper. Warn designs, tests and assembles its premium winches at its own ISO-quality facility in Clackamas, Oregon, and publishes real performance data rather than a single headline number.
The ZEON XP sits at the top of that range, and the 14-S is the top of the XP line. It takes the ZEON XD's high-efficiency motor, 3-stage planetary geartrain and IP68 and IP69K sealing, then rebuilds the control side around live feedback: a smart wired remote and integrated HUB wireless control reporting motor temperature, load and battery condition in real time, a class-exclusive remote-activated clutch with manual override, and dynamic lighting that signals winch status by color. Warn backs it with the industry's leading warranty, limited lifetime on the mechanical side and seven years on the electrical side, through a global service network.
Prestige Truck is an authorized Warn dealer. Every winch we ship is new, factory-sealed, covered by the full Warn factory warranty, and supported by Warn's US-based service team and parts supply.

Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers on specs, fit and support
Do I need 14,000 lb, or is the 12-S enough?
Go by loaded weight. Warn's rule is roughly 1.5 times what the vehicle actually weighs with gear aboard, so a 3/4-ton or 1-ton, or anything carrying a slide-in camper, belongs on the 14-S. A half-ton, even a well-built one, is properly served by the 12-S and will spool noticeably faster for less money.
Is it physically bigger than the other XP models?
No. It is 23.89" long and 10.52" tall on the same 10" x 4.5" bolt pattern as the XP 10-S and 12-S, because the extra capacity comes from gearing rather than a larger housing. It drops into the same mounts. What you should check is that your mount and frame attachment are rated for a 14,000 lb pull.
How fast is it?
26.1 ft/min with no load and 2.1 ft/min at the full 14,000 lb rating. High-capacity winches trade speed for pull. Free-running draw is 65 amps and rated-load draw is 482 amps, so the 650 CCA battery minimum and a running engine during recoveries are both important here.
What does the XP give me that the ZEON XD 14-S does not?
The same pull, with control. Live motor temperature, line load and battery voltage on the smart remote and in the app, a clutch you can work from the remote instead of walking to the bumper, dynamic status lighting, and Warn's Epic hook in the box. The XD 14-S is the value route to 14,000 lb; the XP is the one you buy if you use it.
Why 80' of rope rather than 100'?
Drum capacity and physics. The drum is 3.15" in diameter and 9.0" long across the ZEON line, and pulling power falls as rope stacks up in layers, so a longer line would give you outer wraps that pull noticeably less than the rating. If you need more reach, use a tree strap and a snatch block rather than more rope.
Is the wireless control included?
Yes. The HUB wireless receiver is built into the XP's control pack, and the smart wired remote with its 12' lead is in the box as well. Pair the HUB app for control and live status from over 100' away.

Look is great. 100 lbs
Look is great. 100 lbs lighter than my 2nd pick. Lid lock and opening are smooth. Only minor knock I give is the the tie down hooks are hard to install - thinking I should have done them before installing.

A must have
I really like this mat. I was apprehensive at first but, the mat does a great job of keeping things from sliding around without having to secure it. perfect fit. But i think i will be adding some short screws to secure the mat to the DECKED system.

I never knew how much I needed this
As with all BAK covers, the quality is amazing. What I didnt fully appreciate until installing was the ease of opening - especially in a lifted truck. No more need to find the right handhold. Just roll it back with a single hand. Its also great to see out of my rear window when fully open - something you lose with the fold back covers. Customer service is awesome. I has an installation question and the representative stayed on the line as I adjusted an alignment to ensure I did it properly.

Better then expected.
Searched for about 6 months to find the tonneau cover. I really wanted the security of a hard top without sticking above the bed rails it checked those boxes. I also did not want to drill my truck bed. The install was super simple my wife and I had it on the truck in about a half an hour.

The toolbox is nice. I
The toolbox is nice. I think Ill get a lot of years of service out of it. I like how the lid opens and the tie downs are a nice touch. It seems to be well built. And tough. Im pleased with my purchase and would buy another one.
