Description & Fitment
The ATB A-CP55 is an aluminum cross-pack service box, super heavy duty by ATB's description, that mounts to the frame behind the cab and keeps the bed open. A side-open door at each end works on gas springs and closes on stainless steel DT-T-handle locks. Inside, shelves separate tools and swivel hooks hold cords, hoses and straps. Choose all smooth aluminum or MX-Black or MX-White powder coat.

How to choose: measure across the truck behind the cab, the space between the cab and the bed or body, and the height you can clear, then compare with the size table (36" to 60" tall, 82" to 96" across).

Installation
Here's the short version. Follow ATB's install sheet (below) for your truck's exact positions and hardware.
- Check all parts against the parts list.
- Fit the U-bolts and tie bars to the frame with 5/8" lock washers and nuts, keeping the box at least 3" from the cab, and torque each nut to 90-100 ft-lbs.
- On 2017 and newer Ford F350-F550 cab and chassis (M3460C kit), first bolt the mount bracket to the rear cab mounting bracket and drill its top holes with a 3/8" bit, tightening to 65-70 ft-lbs.
- Put a 5/8" flat washer on each nut and lower the cross-pack over the U-bolts.
- Check the box is square to the frame with at least 2-3/4" cab clearance; add flat washers to adjust the angle if needed.
- Fasten the box with flat washers, springs and lock nuts, tightening each nut until its spring compresses 1/2".

ATB covers its standard truck boxes with a 60-month (5-year) limited warranty for the original purchaser; it is not transferable.- For a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and photos and we will work it through with ATB.

Ships by freight from the ATB factory in Blanchard, ND; lift-gate delivery available.- Alaska, Hawaii and Canada: contact us for a freight quote before you order.

Inspect on delivery
Check the box when the freight arrives, before the driver leaves: look over the lids, doors, corners and welds for dents, scratches or shipping damage. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and send us photos. Check it as soon as it arrives.- Look for crushed ends, punctures or tears in the carton.
- If something looks wrong, take photos of the box and the parts (and if a driver asks you to sign, note the damage on the receipt).
- Open the box and check the parts against the parts list before you install.
- Email support@prestigetruck.com right away with your order number, a short note and photos. We send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
