Here's the short version. Follow ATB's install sheet (below) for your truck's exact positions and hardware.

  1. Check all parts against the parts list and make sure the bed rails and the inside of the bed are clear.
  2. Apply the rubber seal to the service-pack or the bed rail, and fit the large front weather strip to the front of the pickup bed.
  3. Lift the service-pack onto the truck bed, close the tailgate and slide the pack back until the tailgate touches its weather strip.
  4. Install all J-hooks and tighten them, then install the mounting brackets as shown on the back-view drawing.
  5. Clean the tailgate gutter with rubbing alcohol and fit the tailgate weather strip with the tailgate open.
  6. If LED lights are supplied, connect the main harness to the truck as shown in the wiring diagram.

    Check the box when the freight arrives, before the driver leaves: look over the lids, doors, corners and welds for dents, scratches or shipping damage. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and send us photos. Check it as soon as it arrives.
    • Look for crushed ends, punctures or tears in the carton.
    • If something looks wrong, take photos of the box and the parts (and if a driver asks you to sign, note the damage on the receipt).
    • Open the box and check the parts against the parts list before you install.
