Description & Fitment
The ATB S-FS41 is a 14 gauge steel cargo box for the A-frame of a cargo, horse or utility trailer, sized for hitching tools and tie-down gear. A single side-open door on each end gives access from either side, with stainless Dolphin Tail DT-handle locks. Inside are adjustable heavy duty shelves, and a commercial weather seal keeps it dry. Four sizes run from 24" to 62" tall in textured black powder coat, with the M3300F kit included and built in the USA.

How to choose: measure the open A-frame space for width and depth, then pick a height that clears whatever sits in front of the trailer. Sizes run 24"H x 16"D x 35"W up to 62"H x 44"D x 74"W.
Leave room on both sides for the end doors to open.

How do I care for the powder coat?
Wash with mild soap and water and touch up chips early so the steel underneath stays protected.
Installation

Here's the short version. Follow ATB's install sheet (below) for your truck's exact positions and hardware.
- Check all parts against the parts list and make sure there is room to mount the box.
- Set the box on the trailer A-frame to confirm the fit. The box is not predrilled.
- Outline both frame rails on the box bottom, remove the box and turn it upside down on a pad.
- Draw a center line between each pair of outline marks and mark three holes per side, one centered and two as far to the outside edges as possible; drill all six with a 1/4" bit.
- Apply a 3" rubber strip along each center line for the full box length.
- Set the box back on the A-frame and drive the six self-drilling screws with washers using a drill and nut setter.

Inspect on delivery
Check the box when the freight arrives, before the driver leaves: look over the lids, doors, corners and welds for dents, scratches or shipping damage. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and send us photos. Check it as soon as it arrives.- Look for crushed ends, punctures or tears in the carton.
- If something looks wrong, take photos of the box and the parts (and if a driver asks you to sign, note the damage on the receipt).
- Open the box and check the parts against the parts list before you install.
