- 102 Gallon Capacity: The 20" x 24" x 54" tank holds 102 gallons, as ATB lists it.
- Weld-On Fittings: Machined weld-on fittings: two 2" for pump and filler cap, one 1-1/2" for a gauge and one 3/8" for a roll-over valve on top, plus a 3/8" bottom side drain.

Description & Fitment
The ATB S-TS5 is a 102-gallon auxiliary fuel tank built from 12 gauge steel plate and fully seam welded. It measures 20" high, 24" deep and 54" wide, with internal baffles, machined weld-on fittings for pump, filler, gauge and roll-over valve, and a 3/8" bottom side drain. ATB pressure tests it for leaks and finishes it in black powder coat over a zinc epoxy primer. It is for diesel fuel only.

Do I have to mount it a certain way?
Yes. ATB says the tank must be mounted to its mounting guidelines with a spring loaded mounting kit; improper mounting voids the warranty.
Is it leak tested?
ATB pressure tests its tanks for leaks.
How do I care for the finish?
Wash with mild soap and water and touch up chips with paint so the steel does not rust.

Here's the short version. Follow ATB's install sheet (below) for your truck's exact positions and hardware.
- Check all parts against the parts list and look over the bed to plan where the tank will mount.
- Set the tank in place to confirm the fit; if it has a toolbox, make sure the lid can open.
- Square the tank, mark the four holes on the truck bed and check no wiring or hoses run under the marks.
- Move the tank aside and drill the four holes (hole size depends on the M3702-TMK or M3705-TMK kit), then clean out the debris.
- Cut the 2" neoprene to tank depth and lay it on the bed ridges at four places.
- Set the tank back, fit the bolts, washers, bushings, springs and nuts and tighten firmly so the tank can still shift if the bed twists.

ATB covers its auxiliary fuel tanks with a 12-month limited warranty for the original purchaser; it is not transferable. ATB requires its spring-loaded tank mounting kit on tanks, or the warranty may be void.- For a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and photos and we will work it through with ATB.

Inspect on delivery
Check the box when the freight arrives, before the driver leaves: look over the lids, doors, corners and welds for dents, scratches or shipping damage. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and send us photos. Check it as soon as it arrives.- Look for crushed ends, punctures or tears in the carton.
- If something looks wrong, take photos of the box and the parts (and if a driver asks you to sign, note the damage on the receipt).
- Open the box and check the parts against the parts list before you install.
