Get the most on-board diesel Weather Guard offers with the 362-3-02 transfer tank. This 110 gallon L-shape tank is the largest in the line, built from 12-gauge steel and finished in a clean brite white ARMOR TUF powder coat that stands up to jobsite abuse and weather. The stepped L-shape drops into a full-size bed against the bulkhead and pairs with Saddle and Gull Wing boxes, so crews that burn a lot of fuel can go longer between fills.

- Vented, lockable filler cap
- Steel bed-plate mounting hardware with rubber isolation bushings

Features
Heavy 12-Gauge Steel Build
Every panel is formed from 12-gauge steel and joined with an overlapping edge design that reinforces the corners. It is built to survive the vibration, weight and rough handling that come with life in a work truck bed.
Brite White ARMOR TUF Finish
A brite white ARMOR TUF powder coat wraps the whole tank to fight rust, fading and chips. It shrugs off diesel spills, road salt and sun so the tank keeps looking sharp in the bed.
Baffled For Stable Hauling
Interior baffles slow the fuel down as you drive, so a full tank does not slosh and shove the truck around. Less fluid motion also means less stress on the tank over the long haul.
Vented, Lockable Fill Cap
The filler cap vents to prevent pressure build-up as diesel warms and moves, then locks to help keep your fuel secure on the jobsite or overnight.
Ready For Your Transfer Pump
A 2 in standard NPT port accepts most 12V diesel transfer pumps up to 30 pounds, and a 3/8" drain port makes service and draining easy. Add a pump, hose and filter to fuel equipment right from the bed.
Bolt-In Full-Size Bed Fit
The L-shape footprint sits against the bed bulkhead and pairs with Weather Guard Saddle and Gull Wing boxes, so the biggest tank in the line still shares the bed with locking storage. Rubber isolation bushings on the steel bed plate cushion the mount and protect both the tank and your truck.

Fit guidance: Transfer tanks are a universal, non vehicle-specific fit rather than a bolt-on for one model. This 110 gallon L-shape is the largest tank in the line; it sits crosswise against the front bed bulkhead and needs roughly 49" of width and about 38" of bed depth, so it drops into 6'6" and 8' full-size beds and fits most short beds with room to spare. It is designed to pair with Weather Guard Saddle and Gull Wing tool boxes. A full 110 gallon tank is heavy, so always measure your bed, confirm clearance around the wheel wells, and check your payload before ordering.

Set the tank in place against the bed bulkhead, mark and drill the mounting points, then bolt it down through the steel bed plate using the supplied rubber isolation bushings so the tank is cushioned from the bed. Coat any drilled holes with zinc-rich primer to prevent rust, especially on aluminum beds. Install the filler neck and vented cap, then add your transfer pump, hose and filter. Compliance. The Weather Guard 110 gallon L-Shape is a bed-mounted transfer and storage tank rated for diesel fuel and hydraulic fluid only. Weather Guard's own safety labeling on the tank calls out diesel use only and warns against filling it with gasoline or any other flammable liquid, which creates an explosion risk in a vented steel transfer tank. It is not designed or approved to be plumbed into a vehicle's primary fuel system as an auxiliary supply tank. Fuel is moved with a 12V transfer pump through the 2 in NPT port rather than by gravity feed, and Weather Guard recommends running a filter when pumping. Weather Guard does not publish a DOT approval number for these transfer tanks, so treat it as a transfer and storage tank, not a DOT-certified auxiliary fuel tank. Rules for hauling and dispensing fuel vary by state and by the quantity carried, so the buyer is responsible for confirming legal, compliant use. Gasoline is never approved for this steel tank and should not be stored or transferred in it.
