- 5" Oval Tube: Westin builds the Pro-Traxx 5 around a 5" oval tube, a profile that sits close to the rocker panel while still giving a full-width place to put your foot. The bars also help protect the rocker panels from damage.
- Molded Step Pads: Each step gets an injection-molded polymer pad. Westin describes it as a heavy-duty pad that gives a wider, more secure step area; on the cab-length bars the pads are 4" wide.
- Domed Ends, Factory-Style Bends: Both ends turn in with a 30-degree factory-style bend and finish in a fully welded, seamless domed end, so there are no end caps to lose and no exposed bolt heads.
- Two Finishes: Most Pro-Traxx 5 fitments come in polished stainless steel or in steel with a black powder coat. The finish is chosen at checkout on each listing.
- Cab Length or Wheel to Wheel: Cab-length bars cover the cab doors and suit every bed length on that cab. Wheel-to-wheel bars are cut for a specific bed length, run to the rear wheel and add a third step for reaching into the bed.
- Bolt-On Mount Kit: A vehicle-specific mount kit is included. Installation is bolt-on with no drilling required on most applications, and wheel-to-wheel bars include molded bracket covers on most applications.

On the 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra CrewMax, these Pro-Traxx 5 bars give everyone climbing aboard a 5" oval step on both sides. The bars span the cab only, which keeps them clear of the bed and the rear wheel opening. Choose the finish at checkout: Polished Stainless or Black powder coat over steel. Westin's injection-molded step pads are 4" wide, and the vehicle-specific mount kit bolts on with no drilling on most applications.

No. Westin lists 2007-2021 CrewMax trucks only for this part.
What is the difference between cab length and wheel to wheel?
Cab-length bars cover the cab doors and end at the back of the cab, so one part fits every bed length for that cab. Wheel-to-wheel bars run back to the rear wheel, are cut for one bed length and add a third step for reaching into the bed.
What does the 5 in Pro-Traxx 5 mean?
It is the tube size: Pro-Traxx 5 bars use a 5" oval tube. Westin also makes Pro-Traxx 4 and Pro-Traxx 6.
Do I have to drill my truck?
Westin lists the installation as bolt-on with the mount kit included and no drilling required on most applications. Check the instructions in the box for your truck before you start.
Polished stainless or black: what is the difference?
The polished version is stainless steel with a bright finish. The black version is steel with a black powder coat. Tube size, step pads and fit are the same.
Are there end caps that can fall off?
No. The ends are fully welded, seamless domes with a 30-degree factory-style bend, so there are no end caps or exposed bolt heads.

- Westin's terms exclude road-hazard damage (gravel, debris), misuse, improper installation, accidents, modifications and neglect; the remedy is repair or replacement.
