- Control pack below the tie plate: Warn dropped the whole control pack so it sits under the top edge of the tie plate. The winch stays short, which helps in cramped bumper openings where a tall contactor box would not clear.

Supplied with a steel roller fairlead and 80' of 3/8" wire rope, the 110412 ZEON XC 12 is a complete 12,000 lb winch. Warn rates the first layer at 12,000 lb and the fifth at 6,483 lb, and it moves 3.4 ft/min with the full load on.
Fitment & Compatibility
Choose the right version: synthetic XC 12-S with 80' of Spydura Pro rope: 110512; bare-drum XC 12: 110312; steel-rope XC 10: 110410.
Not included: A winch mount, plate or bumper drilled to the 10" x 4.5" pattern.

Does it come with a remote?
Yes. It comes with Warn's corded remote, which has a 12' lead.
What does the ZEON XC bolt to?
A winch mount, plate or bumper drilled to the 10" x 4.5" four-bolt pattern, which is the XC's mounting pattern. The mount is not part of this listing, so confirm the pattern and the mount maker's rating before you order.
What battery should I run with it?
Warn lists a battery of at least 650 cold cranking amps for winching. The XC connects to it with 2 gauge leads that are 72" long.
Can the control pack be moved off the winch?
Yes. Warn sells two optional relocation kits for the XC control pack: part 111872 with a 31" lead and part 111991 with a 78" lead. The remote socket alone can move up to 9" without either kit.
Why does pull drop on the outer layers?
Each wrap of rope on the drum increases its working diameter, so the motor has less leverage. The Specifications list this model's charted pull for all five layers; for the hardest pulls, spool more line off so the work happens on the inner wraps.
